spacious, clean, nice pool, friendly and very good location

This is a stay away hotel/apartment. My girlfriends 2 young daughters visited us 3 times during our 5 day stay. They arrived to join us for breakfast one day and the other 2 visits were less than 15 minute visits. I was sent a very nasty message from the front desk that any visitors, including your own children coming to visit had a visitor limit and that guest charges would apply for each visitor. These children were family members remind you. My girlfriend and I are senior citizens and we were treated with total disrespect. The hotel staff follow your every move on closed circuit television and monitor you from the front desk. It feels like a prison from the minute you check-in. Every single guest that comes to visit you including friends, family and children are required to have an ID which is copied on a copier. There are no exeptions even if its your mother or grandmother coming by to chat with you during the middle of the day. There is nothing fun at this hotel/ apt. You need a taxi to go anywhere. There is not a single store close enough to walk to. The views are terrible if your stuck facing the forest which has crumbling old run down apartments to look at. No one would stay here. You will lose your hard earned money for the sad service you get. Stay along the main hotel strip in Poblado where you can get a free breakfast and walk to the stores. Don't expect this place to service your room, they charge extra per day for that.

I apartment is located in a quite neighborhood, overall I enjoyed my stay at this place.

I like being able to cook for myself, the kitchens in my apartments at Soul were equipped well enough for me to do that, and there is a supermercado just around the corner from the property. I had a great tour of the graffiti in Comuna 13 with one the guides from the hotel, highly recommend checking that stuff out. My apartment on the 9th floor was below the gym, and that was sometimes a little noisy, but I am glad they had a gym, the pool is beautiful, it was what I needed. The staff at the reception were always super friendly and helpful. I have a major crush on one of the girls who works there. A bit pricey, but very nice.

This place was beautiful! It was in a great location. Close to great shops, food and nightlife. The view from the top floor pool was stunning. Make sure you go up there before you leave! The rooms were spacious and clean! Valentina at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and reliable. Would absolutely visit Soul again!

The staff was extremely helpful and spoke English. The on site covid-19 testing 24 hours was a extra plus

I loved staying here! And would definitely stay again. The staff were amazing with helping me get taxis and finding the best places to go! The room was very clean and comfortable , I stayed for 12 nights and my whole experience was 5 stars

The Manager, Valentina, held my purchases in her office as ransom for "house charges". She promised me she would credit my stay under the Hotels.com Reservation but lied. They didn't change my towels or clean my rom 1even 1 time. I didn't get credit on my Hotels.com acct because Soul cheated Hotels.com & me. Do yourself a big favor & avoid this place and their nickel & dime ways.

Not suited for business trips as property charges 100,000 pesos for each guess. No daily house keeping as advertised. Ran out of toilet paper and never replaced even after asking twice lol.

Building was clean and following Covid protocols. Gym and and pool had to be reserved a day ahead of time and available in 1 hour time slots. Location just south of Poblado in a good area.

Everything was great except that the TVs in the room didn’t work, a young lady tried to get them to work but couldn’t, I thought she would return with the missing hdmi cable to fix it but never came back. Our entire stay we had no TV and we like to watch a little tv before bed.

The property was clean, modern and chic. Just what you need, and if you needed anything, the staff were diligent and willing to help as much as they could. We appreciated staff taking the time to help book tours, no matter how last minute it was. Thank you to the amazing staff!

I loved the location of the building. It was close enough to all the action and to Santa Fe yet very tranquil and hidden on the hill. THe views from the rooftoo pool were amazing and the staff very friendly.

Wow it is great .. clean and me and wife had a blast very safe also. I will be back soon.

Nice property, clean and friendly helpful staff. A bit of a walk to Mall or to get to restaurants or stores, about 15 min. I walled it everyday sometimes twice.I chose to walk down and take taxi back, no more then 5500 peso. Nice view of city from pool. The only draw back would be high cost of bringing in guest. I can understand additional cost just seemed excessive.

They don't even clean the apartment! You need to pay 200MIL COP/Clean for that. The apartment gets very dirty quickly. They re-fill no soap etc in the bathroom. The property is at the intersection and hence loud noise from the vehicles till late night and re-start at early morning. No breakfast which makes morning difficult. Very disappointed with this stay and will not stay again.

You had privacy in the apartments. Went with my mom clean location apartment had everything you needed cooking wise. The staff every staff thank you they were so helpful and nice and understanding. 24hr service and great location near bars , malls, supermarket. The taxis service nice and cheap and the freedom on having a jacuzzi , pool table , gym and , pool with amazing view of all Medellin. Will be returning next month.
