good location , easy to reach the MRT

Great location. Clean. Walking distance to many attractions. And sooo close to Tapei Station. The staff are very welcoming and helpful.

Staff were very friendly. They held out luggage before we checked in. They had cooking and laundry facilities.

While they also have individual rooms, I stayed in a dorm room. Everything is super clean and very new. Great location near Taipei main, it was raining and I navigated through city mall underground to within 150m from their door.

5 ⭐ service to Luke and especially Kelly (Kerry) for their warm hospitality and they make you feel like home. I like the area as it's very convenience and food of choice are many too.

Solid 4/5 given the price I paid. Here are some points that haven’t been mentioned in other reviews: • Towel, toiletries and slippers are provided • Hair dryers are not hot if you use them too late • breakfast vouchers (TWD70) are provided for local stalls around the hotel, really nice initiative and enjoyed the food a lot • 1 floor, 2 bathrooms 2 showers. Toilet gets clogged easily, saw somebody’s big floating poop • Common area is not crowded and lovely for relaxing • I found 1 bug on my covers but so far doesn’t seem to be a bed bug.

We stayed 4 days at the hotel. The most impressive point is the convenience of commuting. It is the Y-13 exit of the Y underground shopping area of Taipei's main station for the hotel. It takes only 1 minute from the exit and it is very convenient for those who use public transportation. Just remember that Y-13 is your exit. The area is pretty busy with many people coming and going. And the streets with many popular restaurants and street food. But the room (we stayed on the 3rd floor facing the street) is very quiet. Even outside has much traffic, and I heard no sound inside. No need to mention the facility is always clean and tidy and the hospitality of the staff is so good. I highly recommend it if you wish to enjoy Taipei with public transportation like the MRT. Of course, I'll stay again for the next chance.

Easily the best hostel I've stayed at. Very clean, comfortable bed, quiet and friendly staff. Also, a great location close to Taipei Main Station.

The area around the property is good

Modern Hostel, in walking distance from the main station, which is very convenient. Rooms seem to be quite new. Liked that the storage space even in dorms are quite big. Common area is also nice. They provide a washing machine. The only negative thing ro mention that breakfast invludes is misleading as you just get vouchers for stores nearby but those will not be enough for a drink and meal sin any of those.

Good location and excellent hotel to stay in.

Booked the room with balcony. However, it is so different from the photos as shown in Expedia. Although there is disclaimer that the balcony might slightly differs from the photo, it is too much of a difference in my opinion. Next, the tv controller was not working. A cleaning staff assisted me and turns out it was due to the battery of the tv controller. She then helped me to replace the battery of the controller. It was mentioned that there is rainfall showerhead, however this is not the case. Overall, not satisfied with the stay. Not returning.

Smooth check in. Staff helpful. Room clean. Essential utilities available. Close to Taipei city mall exit Y13. 10-15 minutes walk to Zhongshan and Ningxia night market. Good value and recommended.

Is a great place to stay during my trip at Taipei. Very close to the station and to the airport express train station. 7-11 is just next to it. Hostel staff were all very friendly. With card key to access to the room and to open my cabinet. Love the toilet it is dry and clean. As well as the bed. Highly recommended!!!!!!
