This hotel is so conveniently located near Kyoto Station. Checkin and checkout was fast and automated. The hotel breakfast was one of the best we have had on this trip. The shower and bathtub was spacious and luxurious. Fantastic hotel.

Very neat, tidy, clean. Excellent location near Kyoto station, but not noisy. Check-in strictly at 3:00pm, not possible for early check in.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days (as part of our 3-week trip to Japan). Check-in was fast and easy and the associates at the front desk were friendly and polite. We do not speak Japanese, but this was not an issue. The hotel is within walking distance to Kyoto station, convenience stores, restaurants and shops, which was very convenient. The hotel lobby was beautiful, but the room itself was incredibly small (even smaller than the hotels we stayed at in Tokyo) and was not in the best condition (musty smell in room/hallways, a layer of dust on the carpet under the bed which I assume had never been vacuumed because of the low height of the bed, scratches/stains on the walls, etc.). Our hotel room was adjacent to a highway on-ramp, so it was difficult to sleep at night. I would not recommend this hotel.

Close to Kyoto station, a hugh station. It took around 10 minutes to other side of the station to catch other form of transportation. Some eateries nearby. It’s very quiet inside the hotel. Love the next door 7-11 which got very busy at night.

The location of the hotel is just 5 mins walk to Kyoto Station. It was very convinient. Hotel was very clean.

It was great - food, transportation options, and more food.

Very friendly staff. We came in to check-in and i was soaking wet from sweat (its very hot in Japan) and one of the receptionist went out and came back with a towel for me. I didn't expected that 😳.

Excellent location, few minutes walk from Kyoto station. We love the bed, also the breakfast, you can taste the Japanese style breakfast.

Loved staying here! The staff were so kind and informative. It was very close to the Kyoto station which was awesome and didn’t feel that bad in this typhoon weather. Loved that there was a breakfast buffet (this is extra. About $10USD) and right under was a 711. They have great amenities too!

The stay was great. They had self check and check out which was efficient and the hotel is located pretty much across from the station. Great amenities and even had a dedicated HDMI connection to the TV. You could even watch your washing on the TV go round and round and only $3 a load.

Modern building and excellent room. Only a few minutes walk to Kyoto station where you find hundreds of restaurants. Aeon Mall is also nearby. Did not take breakfast because it was very crowded. The complimentary drip coffee was good. You get your value from all aspects of what the hotel offer.

Location is superb. It is right next to the Kyoto station west exit, convenient to go anywhere with the trains and subway. Room is very clean and comfortable, and I think the size is good enough for solo traveler. Staff are friendly and helpful. One staff even helped me get sightseeing information even she didn’t speak much English. Great value for money and highly recommend this hotel

Access to Jr Station and everywhere.

One of the rooms we booked the bathroom was very small. The rooms had carpets and a musty odor. The humidifier did not help at all.

Very close to the Kyoto station which made going anywhere in the area very accessible. The hotel is also close to two malls nearby, Aeon and Avanti, both provided great shopping and dining options. Staff are very helpful and kind at all time. The morning breakfast buffet was great, many options to choose from and great opportunity to try Japanese styled breakfast. We had a wonderful stay!

We loved that the hotel had a convenience store connected to it. It was also a short walk to Kyoto Station for transportation to all over Japan. Everyone was friendly and the amenities were awesome.

This was a fantastic hotel! Super close to the train station and overall a very comfy stay. We especially liked the 7-11 right next to the hotel as well (after a long flight, it was nice to grab some snacks and waters!) Staff were extremely welcoming and kind. You can also ship your luggage to your next stay, which was extremely convenient for us since we still wanted to look around Kyoto before heading to Tokyo! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

It’s directly across from Kyoto Station. Convenient to get to everywhere. Hotel room size is comfortable too for packing luggage.

The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was very spacious, clean, and the hotel felt very safe. The location was the best part of my stay since it is right in front of Kyoto Station. They offered luggage delivery service. Highly recommend!
