A good location, breakfast very repetitive, Wi-Fi in the room was virtually nonexistent which was very annoying 😡

Well located hotel in San Telmo, with easy access to Puerto Madero and San Telmo. Across from a bus stop so you can get everywhere easy. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The toilet seats however are a disaster...

Accessible to transportation and within walking distances to nice restaurants, etc. At the hotel there was an ongoing banging and I was later informed that an adjoining building was doing construction.

The hotel is within walking distance to Square Mayo and San Telmo market street. Some homeless slept at nearby area though. The front desk staff are very helpful, they all speak good English. The breakfast is good.

Hotel room was very clean and well maintained. Multi national outlets available in the roo. With no need for adapters. Food was very good and service was friendly and helpful. Location is well secured.

My motivation to stay in the Hotel Ker was a climatized pool , the water on the pool was cold and my 9 years daughter couldn’t use , front desk not even have the courtesy to offered any time of compensation accommodation they are cold like the weather

Great location close to Puerto Madero. Room was updated and spacious. Included breakfast was above average and the coffee was excellent! Special kudos to front desk agent Facundo, who went the extra mile in accommodating our request for an early check-in. All-in-all, an excellent value for the money.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel, it’s more like a 2 Star hotel.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable and it’s in a good area handy for Placa de Mayo & Casa Rosada. The dining room and pool area are shabby with mouldy ceilings and when it rains buckets are placed around to catch the leaks. Food was ok, lots of cakes/sweet things plus eggs. In 2 of the days the fresh fruit had run out and wasn’t replaced and had to ask for plates in 2 days as there weren’t any, no tables are laid so you have to get you own cutlery plates glasses etc. I think it’s a bit over priced for the poor condition of dining room & shabby pool area

Room was clean spacious and comfortable. Lobby was nice and a great first impression. We were allowed early check-in and late check out at not charge. We were also allowed to store our luggage for free. In general we had a great experience with the hotel, the only area for improvement was breakfast, which was not very good, not quality ham, cheese or bread. Not even fruits were tasteful. Coffee was good. Also food service for dinner was very good and at a good price. Staff was very nice, specially Facundo at front desk. Hotel is at a great location, walking distance to many interesting places like Casa Rosada, Plaza de Mayo, Mercado San Telmo, etc. Public transportation, taxi and Uber service in Buenos Aires are excellent.

We stayed at the Ker San Telmo twice during a recent trip to Argentina. Both times the experience was a very positive one. The rooms we had were very clean and only had very minor cosmetic issues. The entire hotel appears clean and well managed and the staff has been very helpful. The only issue which occurred at both arrivals was that I initially was offered one, rather than the two connecting rooms I had booked - both times the matter was resolved within minutes.

This hotel is in a good location, Tango shows in walking distance. Lobby staff are very courteous and speaks English.
Breakfast was adequate, we ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was good.
Bed was comfortable, Wifi was good, air con worked and had hot water with good pressure.
Would recommend this hotel as it was good value, location and great staff.

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location to walk to many interesting places: San Telmo, plaza de Mayo with the cabildo, Cathedral and Casa Rosada. As well as walking distance to Puente de la Mujer and many bars and restaurants in Puerto Madero.
