The location

Beds were very uncomfortable, heaters weren't working, water heater not working

Very clean and bedrooms were spacious. It was a great location and fairly easy to get to. We liked that it had off road parking for 1 car and there were loads of choices on Just Eat that delivered!

The carpet on the stairs was coming up so made it tricky going up the stairs especially for my slightly elderly(and very clumsy) dad. The front main bedroom didn’t have curtains-only blinds, so the streetlights basically lit up the whole bedroom and it’s on a main road so quite noisy (I know that can’t be helped)

Lovely house in a great location and hosts were very nice

It was so so cold in the house which made my stay uncomfortable. I did call the host (who was really lovely on the phone) to find out how put the heating on, but it seems to automatically switch off after 1h. I had to sleep all dressed up with 2 duvets and could see my breath in the morning.....yes it was that cold. I know energy is very expensive at the moment but I would suggest the host finds a remedy to this as it is the only thing that lets the house down.

Nothing really. Though we are going into winter, the garden needs a trim to match the lovely house

Amazing place, lots of lovely touches like games and activities. Kitchen is well equipped, nice touches of toiletries, water and milk!!

Some utensils weren’t the cleanest but not a huge deal
