Great view from the room. Great location of the hotel. Very good breakfast and finally the underground parking was very convenient!!!

Новий готель. Новий в усьому: починаючи від самостійної реєстрації через смартфон і закінчуючи ключем від номеру так само у смартфоні. Ідеально чисто, великі номери. У нас з чоловіком був більше 40 м2. У дітей трохи менший. На 12 поверсі зона коворкінга, додається безкоштовно напої з печеньками ( для тих, хто пізно вселяється є плюсом). Керуючий персонал з Белгії, дуже приємна і усміхнена пані 🥰

Не знайшла в цих номерах телебачення і розеток у ванних кімнатах.

Frühstück war lecker mit guter Auswahl. Die Aussicht im Restaurant ist klasse. Betten waren bequem und die Zimmer wesentlich größer als von anderen Hotels gewohnt.

Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Der Check-In war etwas umständlich, aber nachdem wir das nun einmal gemacht haben, wird es beim nächsten mal wesentlich einfacher :)

Ich habe nach Rezensionen dieses Hotel gebucht, war sehr sehr enttäuscht. Es war unsere schlimmste Reise im Leben. Es spricht nicht für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Sauberkeit war 0. Es gibt gar nichts im Bad, was man benutzen könnte. Man konnte weder duschen, noch die Hände waschen. Es gab kein Kühlschrank, keine Tüte für Laundry, GAR NICHTS im Zimmer. Wir haben extra Bett bestellt, das Bett war nicht im Zimmer. Nach 2 Stunden bekommen wir ein Vakuumbett (!), was auch defekt war.

The self check in system is a nightmare. Owners should rethink the solution

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was open buffet and delicious. It was quiet.

Location was little difficult who doesn’t live in the area.

the idea of the hotel is very good, the room was very spacious and clean, not great quality of the furnitures/ flooring etc, but all in all okay for one night. breakfast was not too bad, the restaurant was very nice.

Communication = 0. After checking out, we found out the we forgot a phone charger in the room, then called the hotel and they told us, they will let the housekeeper check and send us an email later that day. We received no email, nothing!! Much worse in my opinion is that you can’t reach them on the phone, as we tried multiple times. This is not normal for a hotel at all. Apropos, same experience 1 day before our arrival. I tried calling the hotel to ask for a king size bed (as per our reservation), because apparently what you book is not what you get (no hint of that during the booking). 6 hours and 15+ unsuccessful calls later, I reached someone and was able to get a solution for the problem. With all that being said, I will most definitely rate the Service/ Personal with 0. Also, not a problem for us, but still not very welcoming to locals- the most of the staff (probably the only 2 people working there) does not speak Bulgarian, which is odd to me considering the fact that they are working in Bulgaria.

This hotel is on another level. The self check in is a great option, no need to queue at the reception, you get your room pass via your phone and then as well you self check out. Great breakfast, altogether 10 out of 10 for me (single traveler)

HArika bir tesis. Kapalı otoparkı da var. Odalar mükemmeldi geniş ve temizdi. Kahvaltısı çok zengindi. Almanya - Türkiye arasında gidip gelirken kullanacağım bir otel.

Hotel bez personálu, chech in, out v telefonu, po příchodu stáhnout App, nahrát osobní doklady, klíč od pokoje i garáže Bluetooth v telefonu. Aplikace BRUTÁLNĚ nespolehlivá, pokoj ksem odemkl na 5., 6. pokus po restartování určení polohy, Bluetooth i NFC. Řada hostů nechávala pokoje nezamčené, aby se tam pak snadno vrátili. Dobrá cena ale pohoda na dovolené vypadá jinak. Jestli jsem správně vyplnil check out nevím dodnes.

Although it wants to be a smart hotel, basically you download an application on your phone in which you have access to your room and then you should have another application for the key that only the security guard indicated you. If the application does not work, there is no reception ,just only a security guard who deals with self check in problems and is overwhelmed by the situation. As a tip, there should be two people to deal with this system 24/7. There is no fridge in the room. Very low speed almost non-existent internet.

It is a clean, fresh hotel with friendly staff. We booked two rooms. Both were spacious.

It took a while before I got used to the check in system. It was easy but took a while.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Everybody speaks English well. Breakfast was nice. The rooms were spacious. The location is in a busy part of the city (Student "City"), so there are many options in the vicinity. You can find quite easily taxis in the area. The view from the top level is quite picturesque. Even tough I've listed many negative things, the value-price ratio is still really good.

Your room key is your phone. You have to register with your e-mail address, download an app, make sure your phone is always charged. Then you need internet connection, bluetooth and GPS to make it work. The rooms aren't soundproofed, and there is busy night life just under the building. Even in May there were ongoing music until midnight at least on weekdays. If you're tired, then you can still fall into sleep, but it's still a minor annoyance. We were on the 5th floor, maybe if you request rooms on the upper floors it isn't a big issue. In my shower the shower pipe was heavily leaking. If they clean the showers, it should've been already discovered. We were hanging out the "don't need housekeeping" signs, yet we received it. From the 4 rooms we booked in 2 various items (food and money) were stolen during the cleaning process. When we've mentioned it to the staff, they said they're sorry, that was it. We had to ask for the invoice many times, and we've only received them way later than our leave. You have to check out from your room via your phone. If I recall it correctly there will be surcharge if you miss it, even tough you've left already on time.

Check -in is awful . Self check-in didn't worked. Lost more than 30 minutes. Went to 12th floor , the person in charge tried as well and didn't work. She finally succeeded after 10 minutes. When I turned back in the evening the virtual key didn't work. A guy came and solve the problem for instance. Next morning same issue , cannot open the door. Compared with what was this hotel before the actual one is a joke: No mini-bar, no fridge, no TV, no slippers etc, just more expensive(:

Frühstück ist gut. Allerdings musste ich jeden Tag immer wieder fragen, dass die Sachen wieder aufgefüllt werden.

Huge rooms with new furniture. The possibility to have a big double bed and still a sofa in the room. A proper desk for work in the room. Many windows for a perfect illumination. The co-working area and the gym are perfect.

You should do some small maintenance: lights in front of mirrors were not working, the air blower was unfixed on the wall, the shower hose was licking. The heating system is noisy.
