It’s a wonderful peaceful place : swift check in and check out : cooperative reception , respectful polite and accommodative : help with queries Mashallah very very nice place beautiful cafe parrot ! Security guard well informed very respectful… customer care excellent Should start breakfast option and I am sure once started would be wonderful I highly recommend travelers to stay here money worth spend as 1: rooms clean neat , spacious : good housekeeping 2: mini bar nicely setup with great addition of coffeemaker with pods 3: water supplied and can pick from lobby if u want 4: nearby minimart and across road 3 minute walk more market shop : atm and eating place ( 10 min walk) : fine fair shop and many other malls are very nearby going towards quba mosque you find these quba: only 7 minutes by car : Uber/ kareem available easily : masjid nabwi by car 12 minutes 5: area not crowded and peaceful hotel even lot of guests were staying : :6: cafe parrot reception is great :helpful to serve Goodluck travelers do checkout this place in Madinah

Big rooms. Great welcoming of the staff.

Thin walls and you can here everything going on the corridor and the elevator. Otherwise we enjoyed very much.

Management and staff make you feel like home. Exceptionally courtesious and hospitality is at its best. 🍒 On the top was coffee machine with plenty of taste variety.

Brand new very spacious rooms! Very modern like a 4-5 star hotel. 10 Riyal to Musjid Nawabi. Very affordable compared to staying in front of Musjid Nawabi, plus Brand New high standard lobby, elevators, and beautiful rooms!

1) The location was close to Qibba Mosque (could be walking distance). 2) Comfortable beds. 3) Close to grocery stores, and different restaurants.

1) The check-in last for more than 2 hours, and the suite that we booked was not ready although we have reached around 4;30 pm. 2) Internet was very weak, and we have to get close to the door to get stronger signal. 3) Door access card was not working properly the next day, and the reception fixed it, but again was not working the other day. 4) No iron inside the suite. 5) No room service, although we have asked the reception to clear the room next day, but after we returned back, we found it was not cleaned. I requested the reception again, and finally, they came around 11:00 pm, and clean it.

The shower would fall off by itself it could be health hazard and the property is fall from the masjid nabwi with no shuttle service .
