Location was ok, breakfast was good, staff were friendly.

The bathroom in 406 has mold on the walls.

The pool was very refreshing and being indoor was a plus. We enjoyed the room and we were real comfy. Exceptional hospitality. We enjoyed our stay so much we stayed here again on our way back home.

Coffee could be better.

We ended up with handicap room. loved it.

freezer needed defrosted. I turned temp down. some of drinks froze and they were in the bottom of the door of refrigerator.

The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were very clean. There was plenty of space in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable.

I wish there was better lighting in the bathroom.

Lobby had a strange odor (like garbage); trash on ground outside front door; bathroom shower smelled musty; furniture scratched up and falling apart (door cabinet to refrigerator about to fall off, tables very scratched up; lamp shade had a hole in it; carpet very old and dirty).

too noisy on bottom floor especially early in the morning. also there was a gentleman that kept going out and sitting in his vehicle and turning his music up so loud that it was annoying and disturbing. It was vibrating the windows so I know I was not the only one that was hearing it. Very disappointing that the staff or manager did not take any action for that kind of behavior when they knew it was disturbing guests.

Area of the hotel

I paid for two days but only reserved and stayed one day to lay my husband to rest. They showed me the policy for debit cards but couldn't explain why they charged two of my credit cards, and they are both in pending status.

It was very clean and smelt really good!
