We had a fabulous stay at Compton Mews. A well laid out, clean and comfortable property with private parking (The parking is tight for a SUV, luckily the neighbours were not parked when we arrived so getting in was OK, with another car in the double bay it was tricky getting parked) The beds are super comfortable and we found everything we needed. Only one niggle: the blinds and curtains are sheer so we were woken up early with the sun streaming in. Also at night the carpark area is lit up so the bedrooms are never very dark. York Boutique were great, we had a bleeping smoke detector which was rectified within the hour. Great communication and service.

Location is about a 15 minute walk from the city. You are very close to the Minster. I love York its a great City so i wanted to try an apartment. Never done this before but wluld again. Cheaper than a hotel and better for parking. Property was very well presented and clean, as described and i was very pleased with the standard of this home. Two good sized bedrooms, large bathroom i would certainly recommend this property to others. I would stay here again. Thank you. In other news if you would like a nice drink at very reasonable prices, head to the Kings Arms on the river.

Spacious and spotlessly clean apartment. Very well equipt with lots of lovely little touches. Very quiet area. Within easy walking distance of central York. Parking is a bit tight though as you have to drive down an alleyway so definitely not for larger cars! Would thoroughly recommend a stay here

Great location with free parking space if needed. It is only a short walk in to the city centre. The beds are very comfortable, the property is also decorated well and is modern.The hosts were very friendly over the phone and prompt to help us when finding the property. It was cleaned to a high standard and had everything we needed in.

Comfy and spacious house, everything is clean and functional, internet connection is stable and fast, all 3 televisions are connected to the net.
