just the location was good

The building was terrible, very small rooms, very small lobby, only one elevator for all 5 floors. breakfast was terrible, even the desks were not clean. it was a mess. Don't waste your money in this hotel. Actually it is not a hotel, it is a messy residence, not hoteling services.

I don't normally leave reviews but hotel boursier are deserving of one . My second time staying here and all the staff are extremely helpful had a late checkin and early checkout no problem any issues I had they were always helpful to sort out . Normally in some hotels you get good staff and bad but here all the staff are very polite and always helpful . It's in a good location rooms very clean cleaners come every day . Come and leave biscuits water tea coffee . I never repeat where I stay here is the first hotel I have done so and would do again. Thank you

Have nothing bad to say about the hotel but in the surrounding areas the local mall and cinema has closed down due to building apartments but a 15 minute walk the other way their are two massive malls so all is good

The location is great, the rooms are all in all comfortable, however not really stylish.

The style of the hotel is very outdated, however it was comfortable. On the other hand, the breakfast was a complete disaster: the selection is very poor, the quality of the food is questionable. We went to have breakfast by 7:45 and barely could find anything available.

The staff was amazing. The gentleman at reception (do not remember his name - night shifts) would go out of his way to make you feel welcome. The woman during day shift not so much.

Rooms were fine, but the facilities can be better for the price that you pay. Breakfast was in another building.

Hard pillows, toilet ventilation wasn't working, breakfast not appealing. Down the street there are nice pastry shops and we've ate a delicios and cheap breakfast

Comfortable room perfect for our needs. Good good available when required. Helpful staff during check in.

the size of the room

The spa was dirty, most of the facilities were not maintained at all. Breakfast was in a neighboring building.
