The rooms were clean, modern and good. Family room was quite spacious and comfortable except for the pillows. The location is right by malls and the Banqiao station so it was super convenient. Concierge was quite helpful as well.

The HOTEL BUFFET BREAKFAST was terrible. It wasn't just me who thought so. Every person in our group said there was a lack of selection. For example, they didn't even have scrambled eggs, just fried eggs. No omelette bar either at a 5 star hotel! There were very little western breakfast selections, the fruit weren't good as well. Coming from The Howard Plaza Hotel in Taipei which had a much better breakfast buffet and then going to Caesar Park was VERY DISAPPOINTING and not worth the $650 that we paid for breakfast. Our whole group did not go back to eat there after the first day.

Bien placé. Métro Banqiao en face de l’hôtel. Chambre immense et propre. Salle de bain au top avec baignoire + douche Lit tres grand et confortable. 2 couettes sur le lit double Piscine sur le toit et salle de sport

Personnel assez froid. À peine un bonjour quand on passait la porte d’entrée Mais qui nous laisse vivre notre vie. Dans la chambre deux points important à ameliorer selon moi : Les rideaux ne sont pas occultant, et tous les matins nous avons été reveillé par le jour La Clim ne fonctionne pas du tout. Bloqué à 25 dégrés

Große Zimmer mit einer guten Ausstattung. Sehr ruhig dank guter Schallisolierung. Parkplätze waren kostenlos. Wegen Streik in Deutschland sind wir einen Tag später angereist. Das Hotel hat auf vorheriger Anfrage einen verkürzten Aufenthalt ohne zusätzliche Kosten angenommen. Das war super.

Getränke und Mahlzeiten wie Frühstück sind sehr teuer. Um zu den Top-Highlights der Stadt zu kommen, muss man mindestens 30 Minuten Fahrt einplanen.

Booked initially because they have swimming pool, on arrival was advised pool closed for renovation. This wasn’t listed on booking.com and when I told the staff, they lied to my face. I got a screenshot of what I saw on booking.con but unfortunately the facility section is so far down the page and it doesn’t state the hotel name. Management came and asked for the photo to investigate, and he probably saw the screenshot doesn’t contain the name, decided to lie about it and brush it off. Anyways, more shocking is they don’t have stable electricity. Travelling with a little baby and can’t even boil the water to make formula middle of the night. To begin with, they don’t provide kettle in the room and you can only get hot water from the corridor. And even though I bough my own kettle, it takes forever to boil the water cause they don’t have a stable electricity in the room. The kettle I bough can keep water at a set temperature, but because of their electricity issue or motion sensor, even if we were in the room like middle of night, it turned off the kettle and making it super difficult for us to make some milk for my baby at night. By the way, the mini bar fridge electricity doesn’t seem to be stable either. So don’t risk it with any perishable food! We have travelled 5 countries with my baby boy so far and this is the only hotel with serious electricity issue and management who lies and refuse to solve issues.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super wenn man mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr reist, denn gerade gegenüber ist eine Metro / TRA / HSR Station die einem überall hin bringt. Das Hotel ist zudem super ausgestattet mit einem schönen Pool auf dem Dach und sauberen sowie modernen Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich!
