Expensive night, I request views, Attached photos of the views. The sport restaurantt bad service, even worst the burguer it was fully burn in both sides.

Fantastic stay again at the Belrfy

Staff were friendly, room was ok until I discovered that when I got into bed there was a massive safety pin needle sticking out of the quilt. I was not able to take it out due the other side of the safety pin being inside of the quilt. I called reception and asked if they could change it to be changed as I had children with me, they agreed but they did not come. So overall not happy at all with the stay as the room cost £200 for one night.

Great facilities

I was woke up by the door in the corridor banging when people went through rather than closing quietly from 6 am then woke up again by from 8am with all sorts of banging. After opening the door realised the home for cleaner’s trollies seem to be outside my door. Got back in bed and then from 9.15 bang bang bang. Got up again and looked out and the cleaner cleaning the room opposite mine hand her mop bucket in the door. As she kept going in and outbid the room for various items from the trolley ( half a dozen times sat least was just letting the door bang into the mop bucket sounding like a drum. By this stage already I had got loo roll in my ears to try and drown the noise. I said to her it was unacceptable and the price you pay to stay you don’t expect to have to resort to such things to drown noise out. Her reply was ‘my boss told me to do this and besides that customers are leaving in half an hour!!! ‘ obviously not if staying for a couple of days but She didn’t get that I had had this since 6am and hardly any sleep. She was not bothered and certainly wasn’t closing doors quietly by hand!!!!

The hotel main parts were fine but my room was dreadful. (Bungalow) The pipe under the sink was not attached and this was only noticed in the morning. The shower water in the bath was so slow at draining also.

Clean, spacious and a very good breakfast

stayed here in February and was ledt disappointed, however this was was excellent absolutely faultless thank you everyone at the belfry for making this visit special for myself and my young son

Very large hotel/ resort, though easy to be in, service was good, a lovely vibe. Facilities easy to access. Breakfast was fairly good, though I was very surprised a hotel of that calibre did not have any non dairy yogurt on offer. They were apologetic. If you want vegan items you will need to ask for them as they are not readily available. Maybe they just don’t have many plant based diet guests??? A good stop overall for an overnight stay whilst passing through

Very very welcoming place to be, had my 50th birthday with family and friends and it was wonderful, the venue, food and presentation was first class service. On arrival, we had help caring our bags all the way to our room and would like to give a warm thank you to the Porter called Paul Walker for helping us carrying our luggage, very respectful and professional. Been to Belfry Hotel 4 times now and will book again with a smile, first class service from all the staff. And the breakfast is the best ever, thank you Belfry Hotel

Hotel was lovely, breakfast great, food on the evening was over priced and awful.

Bathroom and shower too small- no climate control in room. Impossible to get breakfast as twice the queue was more than 50 people waiting. Poor for the cost and breakfast was like queuing at a Holiday Camp not a Golf Resort Property. In addition, furniture outside Sams Clubhouse is poor, and cleanliness in areas need to be looked at. Overpriced

Breakfast was awful. Cheap, poor produce. Queues for breakfast. Room tired & dated.

We went for my fiancée's birthday. Coming from Birmingham, we are lucky to have such a beautiful, quiet and nature-filled place so close to us. The breakfast was open buffet and incredibly delicious. Afterwards we practiced golf and it is the perfect place for an enjoyable weekend.

Had a wonderful time at the Belfry Hotel

Great quality and family friendly. Food was really good and a good variety of places to eat. Family room was generously sized and quiet, well positioned away from the hustle and bustle of nightlife.

The hotel was a nice experience. I would prefer not to have a disabled bathroom, view from room was of weeley bins and very noisy. Pillows too soft.

Lovely atmosphere, all the staff were extremely pleasant and friendly.

Super stay at this hotel. They are punching high with really great service from everyone I came into contact with during my stay, from the check in staff, people at the gym and random members of staff who I walked past. The pool and spa area are nice. The car park was packed so I was worried it might be noisy at night, but I had no issues and would definitely stay here again.

Had a nice Valentines stay at the Belfry. All facilities are good and the meal at the Ryder restaurant was great! We had cocktails in the bar to close the evening. The room had a nice view and was very comfortable. It was lacking an iron which got dealt with within the hour. Our request for two wine glasses to the room never got fulfilled even after multiple calls to guess services. This was a disappointment from the high end service I hoped the Belfry was to offer.

Lovely friendly staff, great live entertainment in the main bar on the Saturday night. The room was very clean and fresh with a very nice bathroom with walk in shower. Would stay here again.

Never again, left at 1 o'clock in the morning and went home.

The lobby is beautiful and when you first walk in you think the stay will be great. But the corridors and rooms are dirty, gloomy and smelly. You definitely don’t feel like you’re in any kind of luxury hotel. The hotel is sprawled over a big area and the rooms are really far from the reception and there is no signage anywhere so I often spent lots of time trying to find everything. Also the room numbers don’t coincide with the floor you’re on or which side of the building you’re on. Also lots of rooms require leaving the building and going through dark areas outside to get to them (unless you want to spend an extra ten minutes walking around the whole building). I have to say that except for the person who checked me in everyone working there is really nice and helpful so that was a plus. But like I said above the hotel needs to definitely be updated. Also lots of things to do for kids like a movie room and rooms with games. Again the rooms were smelly and didn’t feel clean so that was the issue with it.

Amazing Golf resort. Hotel itself is nice with a nice main bar. Rooms aren't as they say on website and on the small side with some amenities missing. Got the sense of you don't book direct they grade you less important.

All round lovely stay. Food and service at the ryders grill is great

Nice hotel. Stayed 2 nights. First night was spoilt by a very noisey event that was so loud it physically shook the doors in our room. Unable to change room as hotel fully booked. Event finished at midnight as promised. Second night was in superior room. This was great with lovely view of the 1st tee. Greatest improvement was no disco that night
