Pros In The Past: A Great Place To Stay Friendlier American Guests Before, Rooms Are Very Clean. Now Alot More Rudier Foreign Guests Horrible: Foreign Guests Keeping You Up AlNight, With There Load And Disrespectful Noise Hogging Up The BreakFast, In The Morning Just Wish The Hall Ways Where Clean, Terrible Oodee(Smell) The Foreign Guests Won't Say Hi To You , Give You Dirty Looks Playing Load Music All Night

Very mediocre. The key to the rooms don’t work for the pool anymore, and half the equipment in the gym doesn’t work (and it’s just a tiny room stuffed with treadmills, stair steps, ellipticals, etc.) Breakfast was bland. The best part about it was the ice machine, I was able to fill my cooler and there was still a ton left over.

Good bed and clean room. Noisy hallways. Many laborers staying here. Seems some homeless are lodged. Cart with belongings out front. 3rd floor hallway was very dirty with bags of trash by elevator during stay. Pool was closed. Breakfast was limited due to workers and homeless filling appetites.

While the employees at the hotel were really awesome, helpful, and respectful; there were a lot of other guests there that brought the atmosphere of the hotel down. It felt unsafe at times, and was rather rowdy late into the night. Also, the room did not feel as if it were especially clean. The ceiling above us had holes in it, and we were able to see into the bedroom above us.

I didn’t have the basic toiletries. I had no trash cans. Tv didn’t work but clerk fixed it except volume button didn’t work. My last night there, the room above me was so loud and running around in the room. I had asked the clerk to please ask them to stop. That never happened. I will never stay there again

Better than Most

Peaceful place to stay!

Dark hair lady that’s says she the hotel manager is rude and nasty and has not one ounce of customer service skills or people skills.

Hotel is under new ownership. Per usual September all hotels and motels transitioning to fall and winter conditions ie. Pool drainage etc. This hotel has a beautiful front lobby lounge, beautiful grounds, beautiful indoor pool and hot tub. This hotel I would recommend for those winter stays. Hotel has plenty of room for convention and conference space that are available to rent out and book for any occasion. I highly recommend this beautiful property to anybody looking for a clean and quiet comfortable stay. Enjoy. I did. Thank you to the employees and maintenance workers. I enjoyed my stay.

Personally we didn't like anything about the property it was dirty noisy it's stunk there were people in there that looked like druggies there was no knobs on the air conditioner or the microwave no ceiling panel in the bathroom the toilet didn't flush so why don't you tell me what I would like about the place

The room

I love the location of this hotel. The check-in was fast and seamless. Yet, the outside was quite dirty with cigarettes butt all over. Unfinished construction projects all throughout the hotel. It was surprisingly quiet at night and i appreciate that.

Cheap but dirty falling apart patio latch was broke beds were harder than rocks

Carpets were my vacuumed in room. Tv did not work, clerk helped to get going again. But tv after awhile didn’t work again.

Property was run down. Person sleeping on lobby couch. Not much of a breakfast. Coffee machine was not working properly. Elevator seemed to be slow.

It was disgusting and the whole hotel reeked of cigarettes and there were very sketchy things going on in some of the room. they were yelling all night

The building is falling apart. There’s holes in the walls and ceiling, mold damage, and broken fixtures throughout.

Slightly dated decor, carpet & interior but well cleaned and very friendly staff.

This hotel should not be offered as an option to stay at. This hotel was gross and disgusting. There was mold in the bathroom, the door and window had been broke into before, there were wires hanging down out of the ceiling, there wasn’t any breakfast, and there were homeless people hanging out in the lobby. I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. I was booked for 5 nights. We checked in at one o’clock in the morning so we only stayed one night and checked out the next morning. I would like my money refunded

Do not ever stay at this hotel this hotel is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my entire life I have been all over the country I have stayed at some of the some some bad hotels before but this one oh my God they have bed bugs they nothing works in their rooms and the AC the the fridge the microwave the the the sheets and the pillowcases all have these gross stains on them I mean it had to smell of something like somebody has been smoking like not weed but some kind of like really bad drug in there and before I checked in the breakfast is a lie they let you get a bagel that's about it and then not to mention the service the staff like the people that clean the stuff I guess they try to do what they can but the people at the front desk are completely the most rude and most obnoxious people I have ever met in my life do not stay here unless you are absolutely and I mean absolutely desperate like you couldn't pay me to stay at this hotel That's how bad it is and you know whenever I try to talk to the person at the front desk about everything all they wanted to say was nothing but mean stuff they cussed at me and I'm I'm so nice I am very respectful I've always been raised to be like that and they don't care All they care about is getting your money and screwing you over completely at the end so good luck if you really want this hotel go for it

Friendly staff

Very clean and quiet also staff was very patient understanding and helpful

The staff make up for the hotel errors . From non working ac unit with rooms as hot at 80 degrees . Toilets clogging more than once , breakfast selection is very minimal , carpet isn’t the best condition.

the gentleman at the desk was very personable and friendly. he claimed to be the owner of several locations, and was so sorry to hear about our unpleasant experience at the other property but he was going to make sure we had a great one at this location. we wer guven a room upgrade for free

Lynn was very helpful and kind! She made our trip more enjoyable! Overall the place was clean it’s definitely not anything fancy but it does the trick for cheap!

Okay for the price

Reserved king room got 2 twin beds not even queens. Room had bad smell and tub did not drain. I hate standing in a backed up drain! Absolutely revolting!
