While the employees at the hotel were really awesome, helpful, and respectful; there were a lot of other guests there that brought the atmosphere of the hotel down. It felt unsafe at times, and was rather rowdy late into the night. Also, the room did not feel as if it were especially clean. The ceiling above us had holes in it, and we were able to see into the bedroom above us.

Hotel is under new ownership. Per usual September all hotels and motels transitioning to fall and winter conditions ie. Pool drainage etc. This hotel has a beautiful front lobby lounge, beautiful grounds, beautiful indoor pool and hot tub. This hotel I would recommend for those winter stays. Hotel has plenty of room for convention and conference space that are available to rent out and book for any occasion. I highly recommend this beautiful property to anybody looking for a clean and quiet comfortable stay. Enjoy. I did. Thank you to the employees and maintenance workers. I enjoyed my stay.

Carpets were my vacuumed in room. Tv did not work, clerk helped to get going again. But tv after awhile didn’t work again.

It was disgusting and the whole hotel reeked of cigarettes and there were very sketchy things going on in some of the room. they were yelling all night

Do not ever stay at this hotel this hotel is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my entire life I have been all over the country I have stayed at some of the some some bad hotels before but this one oh my God they have bed bugs they nothing works in their rooms and the AC the the fridge the microwave the the the sheets and the pillowcases all have these gross stains on them I mean it had to smell of something like somebody has been smoking like not weed but some kind of like really bad drug in there and before I checked in the breakfast is a lie they let you get a bagel that's about it and then not to mention the service the staff like the people that clean the stuff I guess they try to do what they can but the people at the front desk are completely the most rude and most obnoxious people I have ever met in my life do not stay here unless you are absolutely and I mean absolutely desperate like you couldn't pay me to stay at this hotel That's how bad it is and you know whenever I try to talk to the person at the front desk about everything all they wanted to say was nothing but mean stuff they cussed at me and I'm I'm so nice I am very respectful I've always been raised to be like that and they don't care All they care about is getting your money and screwing you over completely at the end so good luck if you really want this hotel go for it

This hotel should not be offered as an option to stay at. This hotel was gross and disgusting. There was mold in the bathroom, the door and window had been broke into before, there were wires hanging down out of the ceiling, there wasn’t any breakfast, and there were homeless people hanging out in the lobby. I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. I was booked for 5 nights. We checked in at one o’clock in the morning so we only stayed one night and checked out the next morning. I would like my money refunded

the gentleman at the desk was very personable and friendly. he claimed to be the owner of several locations, and was so sorry to hear about our unpleasant experience at the other property but he was going to make sure we had a great one at this location. we wer guven a room upgrade for free

Reserved king room got 2 twin beds not even queens. Room had bad smell and tub did not drain. I hate standing in a backed up drain! Absolutely revolting!

Elevator was broken and got put on the 4th floor with heavy luggage. Very musty smelling and a lot of trash around stairway entrance

Had asked for first floor room. Put us in 3rd floor. Pool was under maintenance. Elevator was broken so we had to take multiple trips up and down stairs. No protien at the breakfast buffet. Vinyl peeling off shower enclosure. Wont stay there again.

tge lady at the reception didn’t have my reservation when I arrived and blamed it on late check in. Had to pay full price for a room I used for 6 hours. She would not even give discount price or match hotels.com

The first room wasnt that clean broken glass on the floor and the toilet paper roll was almost gone second room was better

AmericInn has weathered some severe storms!! My room in west corner shows evidence of a lot of water damage. Smells like damp dog. Staff was courteous and responsive .

Overall everything as great the staff and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. The only thing disappointing was the pool was still down for maintenance it said. I figured the pool would have been back up from the last time I had stayed there and that was 2 months ago I was really hoping it was open to celebrate my birthday but things do happen.

The hotel was dirty, the room was dirty, there was no ice, the pool was not available since apparently June, the gym was closed, the elevator was scary, and there were a bunch of random men just hanging around the lobby. We left and went to another hotel, lost money, and I was totally fine with it..

My husband and I chose this as a quick stay close to children’s hospital we arrived after dark to a party outside got to the elevator that looked like it was going to fall apart and 2 dogs about attacked us get to our floor and instantly the smell of weed hit us the entire way to our room the room 1 bed was stained there was a broken window hair in the shower there were people partying outside all night walking back and forth behind our car it was the worst hotel we’ve stayed in will never stay here again horrible that this was so close to children’s hospital and the easiest option for us to get back to our baby niece for her brain surgery and we couldn’t even get a good rest

Our first room was smelly and the tub had not been cleaned. I get how hard it is with finding good employees so they offered us a different room. It didn’t stink but it still wasn’t that clean as I expected it to be. However, staff was amazing and did the best they could. Very friendly people that work there. Also they were redoing the pool area so the kids were a little bummed.

The hotel charged us twice then tried to blame Expedia for it. Thankfully they came around and saw it as their mistake. Won’t have a refund for 5 days though…,

I was very satisfied wiith my stay, which alloowed me to rest and recuperate from a very long drive from Rawlins, Wyoming by way of McCook, Nebraska.

1st room I had at check in was unexceptable the air did work the tv didn't work it smelled moldy an musty...so was moved to another room which was better than the 1st room...

Motel was in stages of remodeling so a bit of clutter and unusable things (like pool). Some nicer updates in process, and good location, walking distance to a mall.

I requested a refund and have yet to receive it. The pool was closed and this is not reflected on the website. The tub was full of grime, paint peeling off the wall and the carpet going from the kitchenette to the hallway was ripped and so tripped and cut my toe. please refund me
