Nice, spacious, clean room. The entire hotel was modern, clean, and inviting. The happy hour drinks and food were good. Breakfast was delicious. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

Great service and very friendly employees The room was cean and comfortable. Does need some updates as the couch had a hole in the cushion. Very noticeable. Was mot impressed with that.

Very enjoyable stay. Loved the room and hotel. I would stay at the Embassy Suites in the Old Market in Omaha, Nebraska, again!

Everything was good, but for some reason we didn't get a white card to use when exiting the parking lot. Was a little surprised that was an issue when trying to use the exit

Great location and friendly staff!

The front desk person, Jasmyne, was great. Our stay was not. Our original room smelled like cigarette smoke. This is not the hotel’s fault as we came back from dinner to discover it. We think it was a neighboring room smoking. We asked for a different room and that is where things turned bad. The bedding for the pullout couch was in a bag except the blanket. The blanket was dirty. There was essentially no water pressure in the shower. There was what appeared to be a booger on the frame of the bathroom door. Weve stayed at Embassy Suites many times including this location. We’ve never had an experience like this.

Excellent place

Our shower did not drain. Animal hair came up from the drain when I turned in the shower. The toilet was not cleaned. Long dark hair was stuck in the back of the toilet seat. The bathroom floor also had long dark hair on it. Had to shower in my parents room next to us which had a leaky bathroom faucet. The water leaked out of the handle and onto the countertop. Their bathroom floor was covered in dirt. Feels like housekeeping and maintenance staff need to actually do there jobs. When these issues were reported they said the lady working the front desk at checkout stated that she didn’t know how to compensate us in any way, even the the night staff texted me that they would. After I asked her twice to call a manager, she told me I had to wait 15 minutes to talk with him as he was out inspecting rooms. Absolutely no interest in making things right. Horrible experience.

Overall a good stay. Wasn't the highest end Embassy I have been in but still very nice. Breakfast is hard to beat. Happy hour hours didn't start til 5:30 so kind of a bummer because we had to be somewhere at 5:30. Will be back for right deal.

Best place i have stayed in awhile, clean staff were so helpful and polite. I will be staying there again. You won't be disappointed.

Dirty and when asked to switch rooms, because we used Expedia, we were not able to move rooms. We left a night early :(

I like the proximity to the old market. Air conditioning unit in the room was incredibly loud and the lobby area smelled like raw sewage. We checked out a day early.

Clean, comfortable and wonderful staff.

I will have to say that the main selling point of this hotel is strictly the location. Being directly across from The Old Market will make your stay easy in terms of not having to drive/park everywhere. My husband said check in was easy, while the rest of our family waited in the car. Parking is a little overzealous. $23/day for parking that’s not even attached to the building & you have to walk across the street. Upon arrival to the second floor where our room was, we entered and I was instantly greeted with just a musty smell. Not even a cleaning type smell, which would’ve made more sense. It was NOT a smell of the room recently being cleaned. It was a smell of just old and damp. I was hopeful that I would just get used to it and wouldn’t feel sick. The beds were comfortable and the space was decent enough for a suite. The couch/pull out bed left MUCH to be desired. My daughter wouldn’t sleep on it because the mattress was essentially flat and she could feel the springs. If you’re going to offer additional sleep space, it should be just that, sleep able. Overall, our stay was decent. Not awful but not fantastic. Which I would expect from a hotel charging $250/night. Breakfast times could also be extended to 10am. The 730-9 call time isn’t the most vacation or family friendly time. Overall, We will not be back.

Everything was great! Water pressure in the shower was very weak otherwise it was a great stay. I would definitely stay again!

Stop before heading to Oshkosh for the air show. The deco is beautiful! Love all the “extras”! Our room however, lacked cleanliness, especially in the bathroom and the sink stopper was broken so we couldn’t use the sink. Also, there’s a back entrance on the parking lot side that is an area for smokers and stragglers that attempt to come in when guests are entering. A little sketchy for a really upscale hotel.

Perfect location to walk around Old Market and shop.

Would absolutely consider again.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the hotel was clean. We loved the complimentary brunch and happy hour!
