A great location for the ferry.

Only complaint the wifi is to slow at the rooms.everything else perfect

The property is on a raised area of the City centre which gives an amazing view of the whole city from the top floor pool. The staff are courteous and friendly and the dining menu is perfect and excellently priced for room service. My room was upgraded to one with a balcony and this was absolutely amazing and also the Expedia VIP gave me a discount on food and drink there which, as a solo traveller was much appreciated. The only slight downside is that the top floor pool, whilst panoramic, is quite small and so if a party of 2 or more people are in it, it can seem inaccessible. Also, on departure, there is no shower room available for leaving guests. If you have a later flight and have been checked out for a while, In the Crete climate, changing and feeling fresh for your flight is a necessity.

Great hotel with clean property and professional staffs. Parking should be communicated prior to check-in though. Hard to find a place to park my vehicle when arrive at the premise.

Near everything in Heraklion. Walking distance to restaurants, port, fortress. Hotel has great breakfast. Great views from balconies. Rooftop Pool area is simple but cute with great views.

Great location

Close to the city center, many dinner options in the city nearby. Parking was a bit of an issue, we decided to park at Port P2 which costs 3 euro per 24 hours. Its a short 10 minute walk to Port parking

You are right behind the city center! Just 10 mins walk and you experience all restaurants and shopping. It is a beautiful historic hotel w a delicious breakfast. The rooftop pool is the prefect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

It's a 5 star hotel. Very modern, clean and very well located.

If you have car I would not recommend this place. There are only 12 parking spaces in 1000 rooms is first come first serve kind of ridiculous..

Loved everything about this place, service, location, the view, the pool, we would definitely look to stay here again.

We have stayed here many times over many years, coming to or going from intense professional projects. It is always an oasis of thoughtfulness and kindness to all of the many different people who pass through its doors. The facilities are great; the staff is greater.

Chosen as close to airport when flew in on a late flight. Good for this purpose. Only had breakfast and it was reasonably good breakfast selection. Rooftop pool nice, we had a quick swim before checking out after breakfast. Rooms clean.

Booked a family 3 bedroom room for 3 adults was given a 2 single bed room with a camp bed. After complaining we were given a “discount” as the family 3 bed rooms were all taken Not great but better than nothing. Hotel was good mind

Such a lovely hotel. Very much a 5 star, lovely food, beautiful bedroom with sea view, wonderful friendly staff . Also if you get a chance have the mushroom risotto, this equals the best i have had in Michelin restaurants in London, well done chef. Location is very central so all walkable.

Everything was perfect. Breakfast was amazing and they opened early for us because we were travelling to Santarini.
