No wonder it was a cheap motel and had bad reviews. The room we stayed in had electrical problems. The AC barely work and had a funky smell. You might think twice before booking at this motel.

The room had multiple rough partches in the walls. A broken bathroom door. Missing tissue cover. Missing lamp shade..missing mirror in the main room.

I do not recommend the floor was molded in my life. There is Feliz and flies everywhere.

Dirty and the first room we had the ac didn’t work, everything was sticky and gross, bedding had stains trash everywhere and said that they offered breakfast but they didn’t have anything or didn’t have coffee. Super disappointed

This place was a load of crap i can't belive Wyndham or Hotels would be affiliated with this place

The hotel didn't look very clean. Our first room as soon as we got in and finally figured out how to turn the lights on.we were welcomed by a big roach by the television.We immediately grabbed our bags and headed to the office. Because I purchased a non-refundable room.I had to stay there, but I requested another room. I was giving another room , but the second room wasn't much better. The tub looked very dirty the T.V was really fuzzy. After seeing the roads in the first one , we just couldn't get comfortable. I chose this hotel due to its cost.And the fact that it was an unexpected expense, as we had lost power at our home. The website says they offer breakfast, but it makes it seem like it's a hot breakfast not a continental breakfast. When I went down for breakfast, I was terribly disappointed. All they had was bred to make toast and cereal.They had a juice dispenser but no juice and they had coffee. I was so thankful that I only purchased it for one night.We went to a different hotel the second night because we still didn't have power.That second hotel was great!

Basic accommodation affordable in a great area of Omaha.

We were in a pinch for a room, but had no idea how bad it would be.

Absolutely uninhabitable. We did not stay.

Conditions were poor. Had to leave and couldn’t stay!

Filthy

The receptionist was a douchebag. He threw my id back at me and when he gave us the key card didn’t even say what room number or where to find it. The room smelled like dog pee, hair dryer was cut from the wall and floor was filthy. We left 10 minutes after checking in and found another hotel. Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

Don’t stay there

Room in extremely poor repair. Shower tube literally peeling away. Shower curtain and rod were on the floor. Light at entrance did not work. Carpet extremely worn.

There is nothing to like about this motel...nothing.

Well one of our 7 rooms was very unique. Felt like a murder scene with blood on the walls. Even had bullet holes. Made me feel like i was right in a movie scene. Room #2 had cockroaches. Room #3 had no lamp cords. Room #4 had no light bulds in any of the fixtures. Out of 7 rooms, none were able to be used.

The bathroom was the major problem. Mold on shower curtain, base of toilet dirty, wall across from toilet had smears of something on it, ceiling fan growing fuzz, hair dryer shattered and outlet not working at all. The rest of the room needed vacuumed and aired out.

This is hamds down the worst hotel i have ever stayed in its dirty there was stains all over rhe pillows bedding towels there pictures they have up of how the place looks and the rooms are not any where near how they have them posted on there website there where no mini fridges or a microwave in the rooms like they have shown on the pictures from the website there was mold un the bathroom fire doctor torn off the ceilings with wires sticking out the electrical was bad u had to screw in rhe light bubls to turb on there was people sleeping in the hallway by the stairs they had alot of drugs being dealt in and out of there people screaming and yelling all the time they only had cereal and bread for breakfast everyday and i found mold on the bread when i went to go and get some bread for toast the staff running the place where very rude and they dont help u wirh anything they didnt have extra pillows burn holes in our blankets and sheets this place really needs tonbe shut down i called cooperate and told them they need to do something about there motel bc it should not be that way dont ever stay at this motel

Absolutely disgusting. Weird smell throughout the hotel. Got into my room and door like barely worked and had to be jostled to open. Half the lamps were missing bulbs. Smoke detector had like a plastic bag over it. Burn holes in the carpet. Walls were atrocious with something spilled or splattered over ALL of them and apparently never wiped down. Dirty and leaking bathroom fixtures. Sheets covered in weird stains. Couldnt get a refund through the extremely rude front desk person because took off the top cover to check out the sheets and apparently it took me 25 min to check the place out and find a new hotel. Couldnt even get money back from this site because apparently I "didnt file a complaint with the desk" which is a lie. Oh and during trying to get a refund from the rude front desk guy there was some altercation happening between drunk people in the parking lot....never again....unfortunately was too taken aback by the experience to remember to take photos of the absolutely filthy room.

DO NOT BOOK HERE Bedroom was dirty, room smells like cigarettes, ashes on the furniture, trash inside the drawers, TV does not work, bed sheets were dirty, room has broken materials. NO BREAKFAST. Receptionist is rude. DO NOT BOOK HERE

The hotel was one of the cheapest available. However, the overall condition was not good. Its definitely not a place i would prefer to stay again. I was not aware that Super 8 caters to the lower end of the market. The hotel is extremely old and the carpets and furniture is old. Although it claims to have free breakfast it is nothing worth mentioning. It was one of the cheapest hotel on that day for a reason. The hotel room did not have sound proofing and there was a group of very noisy people in other rooms during the first day of my stay.

The hotel was dirty inside the room and on the outside of the property. Our room was still dirty. The toilet was dirty and broken seat. Hair still in the sink and bed spread has lots of stains. When we complained the clerk was nit happy about us . Outside our window were dirty dispers . The clerk did put us in another room but still dirty and alot of the lights didn't work and there wasn't a remote for tv.

It needs new carpet and a paint job.

Staff is good good customer service

I stay at this property pretty often so it's like a second home to me so tired staff knows me
