Clean affordable and great location. Pleasant stay!

I actually didn’t stay bc the weather was horrible a hurricane hit Atlanta,GA the night of my stay the hotel did call a let me know they were changing my room bc the room I reserved was not available for my stay I was wondering if there would be some credit for the inconvenience of my room I reserved Thank you

Overall great hotel. Nice area! I stay here often had my first experience with service. My toilet didn’t flush, so I had to stay in the room for three days with a toilet that couldn’t flush. I called the first night and the rep said he will call me back never did. Called the next day the rep says they don’t have any other rooms to put me in and they will come fix it the next day. I never received or was offered any compensation or accommodations for the inconvenience. It was like a deal with or we can move you to another hotel kind of attitude.

Not sure why so many reviews are negative, but we found the common areas to be as pictured and clean as well as our room (217) which was very clean and quiet. Yes, the elevators seem a little dated but work just fine and the bath/shower walls may have recently been replaced and need to be re-caulked due to the large gap between tub and wall. Appreciated the Dove products in the bathroom, no foul smells in the room or hallway, bed was comfortable, no scary stains on sofa or carpet, breakfast was great, they do not rip you off for parking, and the service at the front desk was very pleasant. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was very helpful with all my needs and concerns Breakfast was very nice Front desk and dining area was clean looking but the hall’s and elevator could be more clean looking Room was ok older looking but clean also had a smell in our room we used air freshener that helped Also convenient location for me also

Great breakfast

The pullout couch couldn't be sat on nor slept on, because it was very dirty, with crumbs and sevral strands of gray hair all over it. I told the clerk the day i got there and she said she'd send someone and that never happened. I remin3d her 2 days later and still nothing. I traveled with a friend who had to sleep at the foot of the bed and the floor. He couldn't sleep on the couch bed bc of the dirtiness.

Hotel is outdated, dirty and smelly. My room was dirty and the bathroom was filthy. I had to get extra towels to put in the shower for me to step on just to wash. I went to front desk several times no one helped. I was told they were booked and nothing was available and also didn’t refund anything for what I had to sleep and shower in. I also took pictures and videos of the conditions.

I have stayed at the property many times. It is always quiet and clean. The staff is very friendly. However my experience when i arrived on Friday has made me never want to stay at this property again and i will be contacting corporate on Monday. I arrived at the hotel about 1:30 there was a young lady at the desk ive never seen. When i come there is always a nice young man thats always there and tells me welcome back. The young lady pulls up my reservation and says you cant check in until 4. I told her i come here often and the young man always checks me in. He has never said anything about a time. She says they got new management 5 days ago. I said okay. Then she says i can check you in but you will have to pay an early check in fee. Then she starts talking to some other lady for 5 mins. She says did you want to me to check you. Im like yes thats why ive been standing here. So proceeds to check me in and clearly has an attitude. Then when she gives me my key she said my room number out loud. Good thing no one else was around. The property is great but if this is how the new front desk people are. I will happily take my business elsewhere.

Nice quiet location

The front desk check in was smooth and the lady was very nice. The rest of the stay was nice. It wasn’t the best hotel I’ve ever stayed, but it wasn’t the worst. It was good enough to stay in for a few days at the price. There’s a lot of things that need to be updated or fixed, but it wasn’t anything that ruined my stay.

I stayed seven days at this property and for five of them the elevator was broken. I stayed on the 6th floor. Otherwise it was nice.

Was not a bad place but a bit far from downtown
