Hotel and room were great but the breakfast food left a lot to he desired....please get some decent ingredients....the sausages were poor quality i wondered if they had ever been near a pig! The bacon was hard and overcooked and the scrambled eggs i have no words to describe. No butter for the toast only spread! The breakfast let tge stay down

I stayed in this hotel during my holidays in Birmingham. The staff was really friendly and helped us for a smooth check in and explained everything clearly. The hotel room and bathroom was very clean. Hotel had a very nice free breakfast with many options and the breakfast area was cleaned often too. Best part was the free parking offered by the hotel. Very happy with my stay!

A bit put off when we arrived, hotel is very close to the motorway and the area is not the most attractive. But it’s a different matter when you step inside! Friendly welcome, clean, bright public areas and, best of all, large, comfortable room with absolutely no noise from adjacent roads. Great to have aircon so there is no need to have window open. We had breakfast in the morning, small selection of hot and cold food, which was fine but would have liked to be able to have toast rather than just bread and butter. Would definitely stay here again when visiting friends in the area.

It was a good stay the only thing i didn't like was the pillows and quilt they felt like feather which i am allergic to but 2 nights wasn't bad and i would definitely stop again.

Staff very helpful. Facilities good. COVID considerations good but you should advise of this before booking so customers can choose if happy with reduced breakfast offerings for same price. Sofa bed was uncomfortable and just metal springs

A very nice hotel, close to a main road but but very little traffic noise. Staff were excellent, room very clean & breakfast was very good. It would have been nice not to pay £20 for our dog.

This is my first experience with a sub-par Holiday Inn Express - usually you can count on them to be solid. The room felt grungy, carpet was dirty, toilet was not well cleaned Room had no heat (in England!) and they brought me a space heater. Not horrible, but not the quality I expected.

Hair dryer was not working, lights were too bright, basic breakfast items and kitchen not managed properly, Mentions that razor,paste or brush will be provided if necessary, but when checked NO STOCK!!

I stayed here for 2 nights as I was attending an event. I thought the hotel was great I couldnt complain, it was welcoming and clean, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

A good hotel with all the facilites, and breakfast was good too. overall a nice hotel, needs to be taken care a little bit thought, because our bathroom taps had a problem and the light bulb in the shower needed replacing, but otherwise a really good hotel.

Nice hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Good location just off of the M6 with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby (15 minute walk). Easy reach to the NEC. There is a complex called Star City with a cinema, bowling, amusements, restaurants etc five minutes drive away. I would definitely use this hotel again.

First we were given the wrong room (which smelt of smoke)we booked family room which is meant to have a sofa bed in it and it didn't! . Went down and advised had wrong room said they knew was meant to be family room as was on booking form but for some reason given double room. In fairness did give us a family room but if known booked family room why give a double?? Family room was better (didn't smell of smoke) sofa bed not made up to be used not to much of a problem did offer to get it made up for us but felt it was an empty offer. Hotel in general seems like a place with a bed to stay. Make sure you have change for vending machines!! Some Staff not the most friendliest of people. Although lady on reception in the evening was very nice. Steer clear of pub opposite the hotel the food not good and very unclean I've eaten in cleaner site huts at work then there!

Could not fault it. Would recommend it to anyone and everyone. You will not be disapointed. Thankyou!
