Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff at all times. Tea and coffee available 24/7. Rooms clean and comfortable. Close to Times Square, Rockefeller Center and public transport. Would highly recommend.

Staff are amazing. Location and price is great. Room didn't have much to offer: no windows, super small bathroom, no lounge furniture (couch, etc). Decent for a couple nights stay due to midtown location and price but don't expect a lot from the room.

Amazing people. Great hotel. It’s old but that’s New York and the upgrades in the room was nice. I love this hotel.

Very friendly staff and the room has what you need. Perfect for business travel. Comfortable bed. Street noise is an issue, but it’s NYC. Rooms are on the smaller side. I book my employees to stay there as well.

This is downtown Manhattan. It is going to be noisy and a little messy outside. The rooms are small but clean. For midtown it is a good value.

Issue I had was that there was a window air conditioner in my second floor room which was not sealed effectively and street noise which woke me up throughout the two nights I stayed there.

Small room but the lobby and lounge were quite nice and very close to Rockefeller Center and 5th Ave

Good location near Times Square, Manhattan. Nice lobby area. Fresh hot coffee always available to their guests. Best part, twenty - four hour gym .

The is excellent and the room comfy. I also appreciated the lounge with tea and coffee. The service at the front desk was topnotch this time, but maybe it was just a bad day.

Very nice staff. Room was a bit smaller than anticipated. Seemed a little out of date. The location is perfect for those who want to stay in the busy side of town.

The room we had was very small and tight for just 3 people. The AC was blowing out hot air and it was hard to access water because it was on the 4th floor and the key cards didn’t take us past 2. The room most definitely could have been better to accommodate us especially for it to be over $400 just for one night. The staff was kind and cautious which I really appreciate. Overall my stay was a 3/5.

The beds were very small and uncomfortable. If you don’t call before 10 am your room won’t be cleaned.

The positives included the location and initial cleanliness. The negatives, room wasn't ready at check-in, 5th floor window view was terrible, only two elevators which could only hold 4-5 people at a time, 3 nights with no maid service.

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Location was fantastic as it wasn’t too close nor too far from the places we wanted to go while in NYC. We felt very safe. My only negative comments are that the elevators are small and there are only two and that the toilet was constantly running due to what seemed to be a broken handle. Will definitely stay again and suggest to other travelers!

We got in late on a Friday night, the hotel had been overbooked and we did not get a great room (2nd floor, small window, no light, basically felt like we were in an inside cabin of a cruise ship)…. The front desk staff had said if the room was not up to our standards, then to come down in the morning to ask to be switched. First thing Saturday morning I asked about being changed and they accommodated us to be moved that afternoon. Everyone was very helpful and the next 2 nights were way better up on the 9th floor. Overall, the stay went well and the location couldn’t be better. It was just my daughter and me this trip in a standard room. There would be no way a family of 3 could be comfortable. If we stayed again and my husband wanted to come, not sure that it would work for us.

Service was outstanding. Room is smaller than I expected but not surprising in New York. Elevator is slow. Shower design is poor so end up with water all over the floor. Everything was clean. Happy hour was a nice touch. Location is great and central. Would stay again.

We could not have been happier. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was very clean and kept up. The price was extremely affordable considering the location, the quality of the room, and the amenities. Just know that 1) the room is VERY small, so look elsewhere if you need lots of space and 2) it's in Times Square, so it may be difficult to park a car to unload luggage and check in.

Amazing staff. The beds were very clean and comfortable .I really enjoyed the water pressure in the shower. Make sure to enjoy the coffee downstairs its very good.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is clean and right down the street from theaters and time Square. Lots of places to eat and things to do. Room was small but bed was super comfy. Bathroom is small but room for your toiletries shower pressure was great. Would definitely stay again.

Was only a few minute walk to time square and radio city music hall so it was super convenient location wise. The room was a little small but worked fine for two people

We really enjoyed the stay period it is very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. A little bit of a view would’ve been nice. But not necessary. We would stay there again.
