My gawd, the checkout is at 1 p.m. or something absurdly late, but the housekeeping staff knocks on your door nonstop at 8:30 a.m. to ask whether you're in there or want them to enter and clean up -- and they do that to every door next to yours. So much for sleeping in with their generous checkout time when you're jetlagged 😅 (No, there was no hanging sign nor a button to ask not to be disturbed.) When I asked the front desk why that had happened, the young woman brushed me off, like she couldnt be bothered to understand why anyone would be upset by that. What a joke -- it's like a bunch of foolish children playing grown-ups.

Our first impression, they attempted to charge us extra for the reservation even though we already had our reservation confirmed for a certain amount. Once we got to the room someone was in it, a maintenance person just sitting on the chair. Once he left we noticed the floor was dirty, the beds were hard, no blankets, we had one pillow on each of the beds. We did not have a good night sleep. Worst experience in a hotel in Hermosillo

One of the front desk personnel acted like he hated his job. The beds were hard. Only 2 outlets to charge our phones. We couldn’t walk barefoot because our feet looked like we walked on charcoal

Throughout the hotel no ice machine worked, you talked to the reception and they didn't solve anything, they could only bring us an iron. But there is no food service, and they can't even take you to the room if you ask through an app. They really have a lot to improve.

This hotel is very much overpriced for Hermosillo. The rooms are not in very good repair and have minimal amenities, the walls are paper thin, and the WiFi is unusable. The location isn't terrible but that's the only good thing I can think of to say. Front desk was not particularly helpful most of the time.

its a very good place, the pool area is awesome, but the rooms leaves a little to be desired they look like a little beat up, other then that the room gives a very good vibe I came from a very long flight and I got a very good rest, strongly recommended.

Beds were hard as a rock.. old, run down, definitely needs a very deep cleaning, tv cable system didnt work for the 2 day stay, no blankets on beds, only sheets .. just very dingy.....no refrigerators, ice machine broken, therefore no ice available. No elevators... but theres 3 floors.

Staff was fantastic it’s just I didn’t like the pool rules and people go to relax they don’t wanna be told they can’t bring alcohol into the pool if even if it’s in cans or glasses and the water was way too cold even though it was super hot out

I’ve stayed here before because it’s close to shops, restaurants and places in a walking distance. The room was good and clean but the tub was not working properly and the bed was hard as a rock.

The property is extremely old, nothing compared to the pictures in the internet, the room smells it’s horrible, the air conditioner does not work, everything it’s very old the furniture it’s cheap and the mattress are hard as a rock. Terrible experience never again :(

Bed hard as a table door to the outside bottom gap was about three inches tall smell like sewer and shower water had feel ans smell like dirt

Clean room with the basics. However: bed very hard (I don't mind but others might and should be aware of it), no fridge or microwave in room. (But microwave in lobby). And only ONE outlet near bed to plug in electronics. Pool was nice but occupied by many school kids so unable to enjoy it, and no pool towels available so had to use room's, and only 2 are allowed per customer. Hotel is good for a short stop-over but would not book for longer.

when we checked in to are room there was no toilet paper and the toilet paper holder didn't have any rod to hold the paper. The restaurant didn't have a very good menu, and they had many different companies that they were servicing more to just guest that were there.

I booked two rooms with queen beds. I got two rooms with double beds. I was given an internet pass word but they had no internet service while I was there three days. They lied to me at check in. I was stuck because I had prepaid.
