It was great!

The stay was generally pleasant. The lever on the flush toilet was unstable, but it could be fixed by hand by correcting the internal structure.

The hotel is located in one of the best areas in Jakarta. Lotte shopping center is nearby and also plenty of restaurants and bars. The rooms are a bit old but are clean and large. Staff are friendly and polite. I stay here when I’m in Jakarta.

It was a great overall experience. The room was clean and spacious. However, the suite could use better lighting and the washroom sink was clogged before we got there. These are easy issues to fix. Overall, it was nice and the best part was its proximity to a large mall and great restaurant options.

Noise is something uncontrollable but at night not good

We wrote multiple times to senior management prior to check in but did not receive anything remotely resembling an acknowledgement, much less a reply. It was frustrating. Check in staff seem understaffed, unhappy and certainly not accommodating to our questions and requests. The property is old understandably, but no little touches to make it look more homely and welcoming especially considering these are serviced apartments. The comfort and space of the apartments are the best aspects of this property. The location is a dream as well.

Nice accomodation, but a bit expensive

The first impression is very Bad. I have to stand almost half an hour to wait for elevator. They have 3 elevator. 1 out of service. One always stop in G level and up again not come down to level B1. The third one not moving at all. After almost 30 minute the third one working and bring my to my room level-11. The heater in the room not working so we have to take a shower with cold water. My wife called 3 times and after 3 times a hotel staff came but doing nothing and said will report to engineering. The soap in the shower is either stuck or empty . I pressed with energy nothing is out of the soap bottle. I will never stay in this premise again...its very bad experience. My wife said she felt some itchy cause she has sensitive allergic of dust, might the room is not clean.

Strange experience! Booked for 4 persons, got a 3 person room! Actually on the site is designated a king bed and a double, but even in small letters a double and a single. Anyhow, I booked for 4, so I want 4 beds! 1 lift was out of order, second stuck while I was in. Lift makes strange noises, not trustworthy. Takes long time until you get a lift, crowds waiting in front! Room was like a labyrinth, don't trust the pix. Quite loud, no soundproofing! Balcony shabby. For any activity you must apply online, quite strange. Only 10 people allowed in the pool, cause the fake virus will jump around! Then more than 20 people were in the water, nobody considered the application. Hereto pool only until 5pm!! Because of hoax pandemic! But Ascott pool is open until 10pm, same Owner! Anyhow nice pool are. Breakfast only in boxes, no access to the restaurant, even during the day people present there! Because of the pandemic? In other hotels breakfast in the restaurant is possible, e.g. Oakwood! But seems for the management it's more convenient and cheaper to distribute food boxes, since they're the same like in Ascott! A sign at the reception says 'stay home'! So Somerset do not want me to stay there? I asked for a late check out, they wanted me to pay for, they were not aware that I'm an ASR member, even I told them, just ignored!!! In all not recommended, better pay bit more and you'll have a more relaxed stay in a professional managed hotel!

Actually a nice hotel. Spacious apartments. Breakfast delivered to the room because of covid. Coffee undrinkable, orange juice bad too, food ok. Biggest problem for me was WiFi/internet. Very unstable could not connect and then unstable. Could not make a my conference call. Because of that I don’t recommend this hotel I won’t stay there again!

Lift was terrible, Peak seasons one lift was under maintenance, second lift was terrible the door, number of customers were huge with limited lift services.

혼자 지내기엔 좀 넓었습니다. 리모델링한 룸이어서 시설은 전체적으로 모던하고 깔끔했고 침구류도 좋았어요. 다만 창밖도로의 바이크 소리가 좀 크게 들려 민감한 분은 힘들 수 있을 것 같고. 호텔수준의 어매니티는 아니었지만 치약치솔 샤워캡 정도 구비되어 있었고 샤워젤은 벽에 부착된 제품으로 준비되어 있었어요. 24층에서 제공되는 조식은 간단하게 토스트 샐러드 시리얼 간단한 죽 정도 였고 에그프라이가 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 라운지 건너편 건물 일층에 간단한 스토어가 있어서 물이나 스넥류 간식 살때 편리했고. 조금만 더 걸어나가면 바로 롯데몰이어서 관광으로 오시는 분들께는 편하실 것 같아요 참고로 웬만한 호텔에서는 보틀워터 한두병 제공되는데 여기는 없었어요.

Room had a bad smell, bed lamp wasn’t working, pillow had a smell and overall room did not feel very comfortable.

Very nice place, good and kind staffs. clean brand new hotel. But the hotel is located in a island in the road and no convenience place around hotel. Recommend for biz trip.

In the centre of the town

Serviced apartment, good for a long stay. Staffs were very polite and attentive. The facilities are bit old. Only toothbrush, shampoo and liquid soaps were provided. Bit poor for the price.

Location was good

The water taps were the old school separate kind (meaning difficult to control and maintain the selected water temperature), and there was no shaver in the amenities. The breakfast selection left a lot to be desired. Not tasty at all and there was no killer dish to redeem the meagre spread. The air conditioning at the breakfast level was also very warm. The service staff was friendly enough

Very nice walking distance to the shops,

The room we rented was enormous! While everything was comfortable and the location is great, I will say that it’s very close to the highway, so if you’re bothered by road noise, this may not be the right place for you. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. We could walk to restaurants and shopping (which can be difficult in Jakarta), and the price was totally fair. I would have no issues staying there again.

Very pkeased with the size of the rooms. For a great deal with Expedia, it was amazing! Plenty of room. Kitchen supplies coukd be improved. There were no kitchen towels/paper towels. No trash can in the kitchen. The shower stall were moldy. The cleaning crew needs training on how to clean the Bath room / shower (bleach would help). Bad odor coming out from the drain (sewer). Power putkest could get an upgrades with universal plugs/USB ports. Excelkent breakfaat buffet!

Need renovation for furniture and bathroom. Original location and building is designed luxuriously.

Locality is centralized and famous Malls are within reach. Security is tight and secure. Staffs friendly and courteous. Cleanliness is their top priority not only to the rooms but overall i.e building boundary, pool area, landscaping, reception and waiting lounge etc. Breakfast lounge area having superb view of the City. Overall am very very satisfied.

Was upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment. My kids enjoyed it. It is next door to Mega Kuningan Mall

Large room with washer, dryer, and kitchen. Good for an extended stay in Jakarta.
