This hotel has of the best views of Medellin from its top floor restaurant. However it's underutilized, and had about half the wines on the wine list during the 8 days I was there. So sad it's not been promoted and is almost an afterthought by management. Could be one of the best small spots for lunch, dinner and nightlife in all ofMedellin. The location is as good is it gets, just 2 blocks from. Orvieto mall, a10 minute walk to the Santa Fe mall and right in the middle of the Golden Mile, Medellins best area.

Novelty Suites was one of very few hotel options that could accommodate our family due to the space we needed for our 3 children. The hotel staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, the location was very convenient due to its proximity to many shopping & dining options, and pickup locations for tours & attractions. The breakfast was excellent, we really enjoyed the fresh fruit, made to order omelets, and soup. The room was a little cozy, but overall we were very comfortable and pleased with our stay. I would recommend this hotel and we would certainly come back and stay here again!

Pillow sizes should be improved, there should be pillows of different heights, they use very high pillows and they are NOT comfortable.

I needed to leave 1 night early. I checked out extremely early a full day before my last night. I asked the hotel to refund my final night. They refused. I then asked Expedia to get involved and try to get my last unused night refunded and this hotel fought so much to not refund me. Horrible service. Obviously I won’t stay there again.

The staff was really awsome! Nice and eager to help. I got a really bad flue and they were very attentive towards me! Two things to improve towels and toilet paper and there were no Paper tissues could consider thank you!

Heavy construction started at 9am and could rest not sleep.
It’s unacceptable for a Hotel to sell rooms knowing that a remodelación is undergoing heavy noise

This was the second EE Hoteles property I have stayed at. Both were good. Well located, close to Olviedo and Santafe malls and walking streets. Good value and comprehensive breakfast offerings.

This property is conveniently located and in a safe area where you can walk to shopping and dining. Also only mile away to most tour pick up locations. Most staffs are friendly. Kudos to Jean and Danny who works evening shift. Breakfast is okay. View from the 15th floor is amazing!!
