Beautiful Property, Beautiful views, room and incredible staff. This all inclusive is very luxurious, clean, we had an amazing time. I recommended this experience to everybody, you have all you need inside, entertainment is great and the people are so incredibly nice and attentive. Pools are great, you have access to the beach. I will say the beach is a bit murky but didn't stop us from having a great time, food is better than most of all inclusives even though I still think there could be improvement in the quality. All in all we had an amazing experience, sad to leave but will definitely come back for more !!

Amaizing hotel

I booked this resort for my husband's 40th birthday and it was exceptional. Our butler Frank was very attentive he made our dining reservations and arrangedfor pick up. Housekeeping was in cleaning and restocking every time we left out of the room. They have several options for eating all ranging from elegant dining to pizza. The property is clean and the staff is extraordinary. We most definitely will be returning to stay longer.

My husband and I celebrated our 15 year anniversary at this resort. This place was absolutely stunning! Our room was perfect. There was plenty of food options and pools to swim in. We felt safe and welcoming by all. Highly recommend this place. We can’t wait to come back!

Stay was lovely

Highly recommend staying at the castle. The water is amazing! Our butler Mr. Lugo was awesome! Make sure to download WhatsApp before you arrive. That’s how they communicate with you. Only issue we had was that the ac broke and we had two cute crabs in our room! But that made the trip eventful! Five stars!

Our honeymoon stay at Sanctuary Cap Cana could not have been better. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with refreshing coconut lemonade drinks and amazing hospitality. Our junior suite-ocean view room was PERFECT. The view was incredible, the location of the room at the resort was convenient to everything, and the room was so spacious. Our room and everywhere else on site was spotless and well kept. The spa services were wonderful and highly recommended (especially the hydrotherapy, which Olga was wonderful at walking us through). We did the Better Together package and I truly have never had a better massage. The food at each restaurant was delicious and had a wide variety of cuisines. The beach and pools were the best place to relax after the busyness of our wedding. Most importantly though, the staff was PHENOMENAL!! The staff absolutely made our week the best week possible. Every bartender, waiter, and server were so helpful and kind. Special shoutouts to Felix, Christian, Julio Cesar, and Omar for all the times they set up our pool/beach chairs and kept us well hydrated. We had the sweetest waiters at Blue Marlin and Capriccio who made sure our bellies were full - Luis and Dario. The entertainment throughout the week at the resort was SO much fun. We were never bored during the trip between beach volleyball, aqua spinning, yoga with the Jose. The entertainment crew made sure each night was filled with fun activities and we made friends with each one! Go now!!

The property is breathe taking. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful views from the rooms patio. The staff and service that we received was great! Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. Several restaurant options. The spa is beautiful and my treatment was so nice and relaxing. The staff at the beach made me feel really special on my birthday. This is hands down the best resort I've been to.

Gorgeous resort and the food was very-good-to-excellent, which is unusual for an all inclusive. Beautiful architecture, layout and facilities. Only area for improvement - they need a better local tour operator. We did a tour to Saona Island - one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen and a must - but it was a one star tour, which is a let down for a five star resort. If you book a tour, find a different tour company than the one that comes to the hotel.

This resort was absolutely incredible. The staff is what made our trip so incredible. Every single employee had a genuine smile on their face when doing their job, and made the atmosphere more than welcoming. They were so detailed; for example, a staff member was cooking my breakfast and remembered that the day before I had this certain salsa on it. Without even asking he made it with that certain salsa, remembering me from the morning before. Little things like that with the staff happened throughout our entire trip. They don’t short you on anything and they go more than above and beyond to make it the best experience. The place was also incredibly clean. At every point of the day I felt like I turned around and employees were cleaning something I wouldn’t have even thought would be on the cleaning list. The food was amazing and you can tell the chefs and wait staff truly care if you enjoyed the food. I can’t say enough amazing things about this resort; I would recommend anyone to go. They deserve all of their 5 star ratings…I wish I could give them an even higher rating than that!

Amazing experience... the property was beautiful and the room was excellent and comfortable... amazing view from the balcony. Honestly the best part of this trip was the people! Excellent customer service and they we so genuine and hospitable. We are defenitely coming back!

Sanctuary Cap Cana has done a wonderful job in the training of Customer Service all throughout the property, but there are those who are just born with it. Yerry, known to us and many more as El Super Yerry, demonstrated genuine, respectful, and natural above and beyond customer service. He cared for us like family, he is as authentic as it gets. We had wonderful interactions with all other staff as well, but every trip, there is that one that just sticks out. Trios los Romanticos Cap Cana were amazing as well. Their talent is out of this world! Our family had a fantastic time. TikTok got this one right.

I had an amazing stay at Sanctuary Cap Cana and they exceeded my expectations. Our room was spectacular with beautiful views of the ocean. The staff were great, the drinks were outstanding, and the amenities on the resort were stellar! Whether you’re coming for your honeymoon or for a getaway with your significant other, you will not be disappointed.

Great food, cleanliness, and service.

My husband and I stayed for 5 days. This is a very clean and well maintained place. It is definitely a great place to unwind and enjoy rest and relaxation. It is not a party type of environment. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was good overall. The beach is small but nice. There is a good amount of seaweed but the staff constantly made sure to keep the sand as clean as possible. Our room was very nice as well. I possibly did not read the fine print well enough, because upon Arrival, we had to put a $300.00 hold on our credit card for incidentals. The only other thing is that even though it is an all-inclusive, there are a variety of food and wines that are offered for an additional fee. So you just have to be aware of this when ordering. Otherwise, we had a lovely vacation.

We had a wonderful relaxing time, staff was always willing to help, there was daily activities like the Friday Dominican night, fire show, Latin night etc. I was very impressed with hospitality and how convenient was everything around you
