We stayed heard for 6 hours and had to leave at 2 am. Last minute stay due to flight delay of 16 hrs. The room was comfortable and nice. It had a jacuzzi that we didn’t use. Good location. Restaurants nearby. Worth the price one would pay, around $US 80. I would definitely stay again

Great area and price, nice staff and recommendations. Had a bad roof leak into my bathroom during a storm though and still wanted to charge me for a late checkout, but they relented after I made my case. I think staff just needed permission from off-site manager. Would highly recommend.

The property is extremely centrally located…you can walk to most places which is saying a lot in Buenos Aires. The rooms are nice but what makes the property stand out is the front desk staff. Every one of them was amazing. They provided great recommendations on activities and booked several excellent tours. The most remarkable though was when we decided to go to a soccer match one night and asked for directions to give a cab driver. W Ed were in the cab when Emily, the manager, sent me a text saying that her staff had told her where we were going and she wanted to makes sure we were with a group and to be careful because it was not in a great part of town. If we got into any trouble to let them know. I thought that was above and beyond the level of service expected, and really something that can o ly be offered by an intimate hotel like Casa Calma. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

The staff was really great. Very attentive to our needs, gave us extra supplies when we needed it, and made great suggestions for restaurants and trips. It seems small from the outside, but the rooms are very spacious and quiet. LOVED the showers and big tub!
Great location, too. Very easy to walk around and go to cafes and restaurants and many other places nearby. A definite recommend!

Felt welcome since i walked through the door. Ths staff was friendly and veru helpful. the room was spacious, clean,quiet and loyal to the descruption. The continental breakfast was up to expectations.

The staff were amazing. They really were the highlight of our stay. Thank you so much for your help. The area near the hotel has many restaurants and it's a nice walk down to the port area and parks during the day.
The room was OK. It needs some fresh paint and maintenance. We had issues with the shower door coming on/off track, the light above the fridge did not work, there were very faint stains on the duvet cover, and some small dark patches (mold?) starting in some corners of the ceiling.

It was like staying at your cool friend's modern flat. Loved the minimalist design of the room which made it feel more spatial. Plenty of drawers and closet space. The bathroom was so much nicer than more expensive hotels. The Rain Shower with side jets and the separate Jacuzzi made it special. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would give 5 stars across the board but there were a couple of hiccups. The airconditioning would sometimes need to be reset. It was a simple fix that did not require the staff to enter the room but happened 4 times over 5 days. The toilet mechanism had some recurring issues and the breakfast was just okay. Overall it was an excellent experience and I will stay there again when back in Buenos Aires.

The small an quaint boutique hotel is an oasis in a busy city. The staff made all the difference. They were helpful in every aspect, went way out of their way at times to help us in unusual circumstances.

Casa Calma is one of the most wonderful hotels we have ever stayed at (and we have stayed there many times). The staff is professional, competent, friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious and offer a variety of options. The fact that each floor has only two apartments means that there is great privacy. Staff at the front desk were amazing -- super helpful in getting oriented, tickets, etc. Hotel room was odd -- dead vines growing outside the window, no washcloths, uncovered pitchers of water with orange slices - tasty but wondered about germs. Nice environmental touches though with full size shampoo/conditioner and no tiny plastic bottles.

Staff are simply incredible. Could not be more helpful, friendly and attentive. The hotel is really thoughtfully done. We would recommend. The one comment we would have is it that some of the fixtures need an update, but it's minor.

Lovely Deluxe room with Jacuzzi and private Sauna. However maybe the sauna was just a gimmick as it could hardly fit 2 people in it. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is a bit cramp but as the waiter said “ small space but big heart”. Price is a bit ‘toppy’ for Buenos Aires but overall good experience and good location for all the tourist sights.

Stayed here twice on a 10 day holiday in Argentina.
Really fantastic hotel - rooms spacious & very comfortable. The rooms at the back are a bit quieter away from the road, but still not very noisy.
Staff are fantastic - they make you feel very welcome but not intrusive and keen to help where they can. On our return stay they had left a note & cookies welcoming us back which was a thoughtful detail.
Had breakfast one of the mornings. All quality ingredients and nicely presented.
Really liked this hotel.

negative points our transfer arranged by the hotel did not arrive until very late which was not great as we were arriving at 11.30 pm at night
