I loved all the dinning options, all the activities to do on the property and all of thr staff were wonderful. The food wasn't as good as I would have hoped, but it was ok.

Great all you can eat options. Massive pool, good drinks, and a beautiful beach.

The service at this resort was great.

We loved our stay here at Secrets! The hospitality was above and beyond and the cleanliness of the resort was immaculate. There is a lot of walking since this resort is massive, but the views made it worth. We do wish there were more food options at the buffet, there is a choice of dining at their specialty restaurants.

Need better chefs. Seafood was fishy and smelt. The lamb in Cancun was sooo much better as well as the shrimp cocktail. Other than the food everything was great

The resort was beautiful and always very clean. Had a lot of fun activities to do and the staff was the best. Always very helpful and accommodating. They have several restaurant choices and all were amazing!!!

Food okay and had black outs everyday

The property is pretty and well kept. Its broken down by the preferred and non preferred sides. Preferred is if you have bought into their time share or you boom a room with one of the swim up pools (there may be others im not sure). If you are in the non preferred side, I had the king bed suite with the pool, you have only 2 pools to choose from in the Secrets side. One of which is the quiet no music pool, very nice but the water there is steaming. I barely saw anyone there. The other pool is nice but it did feel very confining. The wait staff at the pool were amazing, so nice in crazy heat getting everyone drinks. In the restaurants as hispanics we were definitely felt that preference was given to white folks as we waited longer having been first to order or given our order to other folks (I know because it was specific stuff like club soda with lime). The nightclub was cool, we wished theyd played more actual Dominican nusic though. They give you a coupon for $200 that in order to use you had to sit through the time share shpeal. They're very intense, Id skip that honestly. You meet like 6 to 8 different people and they try hard to get you to sign on. If I could do it again Id say it wasnt worth it to use the coupons because they got more and more intense until the last dude was straight up rude and condescending.

I liked the dining options. They had a steak restaurant, sushi and Hibachi, French, Mediterranean and Mexican. The beach was very clean and the service e was amazing. I do recommend upgrading so you can use the private pool with the lazy river and you get a butler which helped make my bday celebration special. They put a banner on my door and decorated my room so beautifully. It was an amazing relaxing experience

Secrets Royal Beach is an amazing resort! The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food was amazing when compared to other resort food options. I loved that they had a quiet and more lively pool in separate sections. The drinks were really good (not watered down like other places). Lastly, the entertainment group is wonderful. I was never bored. Would definitely stay again.

Would definitely come back! Very helpful and friendly staff. The upgraded rooms are worth it, with the extra Preferred areas included with that package. Marcos our host went above and beyond to anything we requested

The place is beautiful and has many things to occupy your time. Most of the bar tenders I thought could have more hospitality and charm. I associated with maybe 5 staff members that made a big difference in my stay.

Everything was PERFECT! Service was AMAZING! The food was DELICIOUS! The entertainment team went above & beyond! The Bartenders were always on point & made great drinks!! Only suggestion is for a bit more Latin/tropical music Would definitely go back for another vacation! 👍

Had a wonderful vacation. This was my 3rd time staying at Secrets Royal Beach. The resort is Beautiful and the staff is top notch. From the second we walked through the doors we were met with friendly, smiling faces. I would highly recommend this resort.

Our butler Alfredo was the best. Very help and knowledgeable. He made our stay even more comfortable and made arrangements last minute when needed. I would highly recommend secrets for your stay and Alfredo as your butler if you can choose!
