I am a frequent guest and Fierro is the best hotel for what I am looking for.

This was a truly wonderful place to call home for 4 nights. Communication prior to, during, and after was very impressive! Their WhatsApp communication from check in to check out.. wow!! Some wonderful special touches put together…. Having their team members offer a few of their favourite things in BA… Room was way above expectation! Team (staff) all very personable, helpful, kind, and did feel like you were part of their family. I ended up with some food poisoning my 2nd night and day and the restaurant team was unbelievably thoughtful, empathetic, kind, patient.. can’t say enough them.. and every other day I encountered them. The housekeeping team… same as the rest. The tall gentleman, I’m sorry not to have gotten names, after learning I was in for the day due to tummy challenges, he came back and brought me tea bags that ‘always fixes him up’. The front desk team, especially Coral (I think), was equally impressive. So personable! Made the effort to remember you and show kindness, empathy, and try hospitality!! Even offered to help with rice, tea, water, etc if if I needed anything. All should be commended for the special touches and what appears to be an incredible team that enjoys what they do.

My boyfriend and I had a great time staying at this hotel. The reception staff were especially friendly and were always helpful with suggestions of places around the area. The hotel also had an amazing pool and sauna that we enjoyed.

Amazing service. Extremely accommodating. Food actually really good and one of the better steaks of Buenos Aires. They were very nice and the place was super clean and just what we needed.

A perfectly cute property with a very educated and sophisticated staff who are there to help you with everything you need. The area is safe and quiet and the breakfast is amazing. The food and wine will not disappoint.

Very nice property located in the Palermo section of Buenos Aires. Convenient and walkable area. Room was very nice and spacious.

This is probably one of the best hotel experiences I've had. I travel quite much and really never take the time to write reviews. But this hotel really deserves it. Service is unbelievable, rooms are spacious with a level of amenities you won't find even in 5-star resort. Beds are one of the most comfortable I've slept in. Breakfast is superb. Do eat lunch or dinner there to. UCO has a dry age cabinet and service great steaks. Side note: one of the best cappuccinos I've had, so probably drank 15 in 3 days.

What a wonderful hotel. The staff is terrific. Location perfect. Room was great. And the breakfast was a nice way to start the day. I'd be happy to stay there again.

It’s a clean and safe hotel in a great neighborhood. There’s several restaurants in 1-2 miles to which you could easily walk.

The staff were so very kind and helpful with advice about the neighborhood and making reservations for special shows like the tango. Also, I needed help downloading and printing my boarding pass and they helped me out. The dinning room staff were also helpful with selecting wines and dinner options.

Great location in the center of Palermo with good restaurants and cafes around. The hotel is highly secured. Amazing staff and they are very devoted. You almost feel at home. I highly recommend.

Excelent Hotel and to our surprise, we had one of the best steake ever at their restaurant with beef from their dry aged fridges. Highly recommended

This was a fantastic hotel in a great area! The staff were amazing and went out of their way to accommodate and help in every way. We had a complimentary wine tasting and bottle of wine in our room. Today when we checked out it was my birthday and they brought me a piece of cake which was so sweet. They would be a great group to teach other places how to provide excellent value and service. Loved this place! Will definitely return !

Friendly professional staff. Beautiful stylish room and common areas. Loved the cozy, leafy patio for late afternoon coffee break. Food and wine in hotel restaurant were excellent. A wonderful find in Palermo. Highly recommend!

Amazing food! Honestly the best meals while visiting Buenos Aires. The staff were so kind and helpful. We stayed for one night and honestly would have loved to stay longer. I would go back to Buenos Aires just to stay at this hotel. Loved it!

Outstanding experience. Great service, room and location.

The staff was incredible from beginning to end. Wonderful breakfast and they even brought us a tray at 5:15am our second day due to an early flight. We also enjoyed the wine tasting was offered. Would definitely stay again.

Loved this Hotel, the staff was amazing!! They did not hesitate to help out. Always made great recommendations, made sure all our needs were taken care of. Rooms were impeccable, comfortable and quiet. Nice bathroom too. Walking distance to great restaurants and close to all the major sights. Didn't have Dinner there but the Breakfast was really good. Can't say enough about this Hotel. Will definitely make it our go to Hotel when we return.
