The stay was amazing, parking was a bit difficult, overall everything else was great, very pleasing to the eye!!

Due to the location, it is quite loud outside which you can hear if your room faces the front of the hotel. AC wasn't working in the lobby so not a very comfortable environment especially when trying to have a drink at the bar. I was Charged two $42.00 valet fees for an overnight stay even though I confirmed during check in should have been one 42.00 fee. I have called multiple times and have been unable to reach anyone. I would not recommend this hotel.

Room was beautiful and very clean! The staff were friendly and very attentive!

The hotel itself was just ok for the price! They charged me $90 for incidentals and $42 for parking, the $90 will be refunded after checkout, I was not aware of these charges until after I checked in and living on a tight budget this put me in a tight spot money wise and put me in a tight spot on my meals Maybe I didn’t read the details on the hotels policies but I will not be staying there again

The room is not up to par with what a Hyatt House typically looks like. The bathroom had mildew in the shower tiles. Those things were minor though. During my entire stay I didn't drive. Valet moved my car closer so I could put my suitcase into the car while I ate. They moved it to the sidewalk. Then upon my car returning to me It had a screw in the tire. My tire was so flat with an air pressure of only 11 out of 33. They didn't offer to waive my valet fee or anything just made me to feel that it was my fault and it was impossible that they rolled over a screw claiming I hit the screw when I rolled off the sidewalk where they parked the car. He didn't offer an apology or anything just kept blaming me and told me I could have enough air to get to a tire shop.

Great location. We were in town for a concert and only needed to walk like 3 minutes next door. The hotel Itself was clean and comfortable as well. Would definitely stay again.

Our room didn’t get cleaned one day, even after a few requests, got cleaned late in the afternoon the next day, after asking again

I would not stay here again, mainly for the parking, only option is valet, I don’t mind the cost, but I prefer to park my own vehicle and not have to tip everytime I want to retrieve or return my vehicle. Not having access to my vehicle myself, was not ideal. You have to rush to remove all your belongings, in a very tight space, and if I forget something and want to retrieve it, this option is far from ideal. They did offer a side lot with self park option, but again this is only ideal if you plan to park your vehicle and not use it the remainder of your stay, because you are charged $25 everytime you leave and re-enter the lot

The refrigerator was nice size but it sticks and the bathroom sink plug was broken. The maintenance team didn’t check the room. The room was cleaned. It was very quiet and very accessible to my venue and other things.

Best place to stay in Charlotte! Great staff!! Do the valet parking!! It keeps your cars safe!

Very nice. Clean room. Beautiful view. Comfortable. Full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, sink, coffee make, stove, dishes, desk, etc. Excellent breakfast. Hyatt never seems to disappoint as far as my experience has been

This hotel was in the perfect location being that it is in walking distance to the Soectrum Center. I love the layout. Very friendly staff and pet friendly win win

The lobby/bar area of this hotel are beautiful. The second you step off the elevator on a guest floor, it smells musty, the carpet is stained and fraying and it’s muggy in the halls as if the don’t cool them. We had to have our room keys remade 3 times as we could not access are room upon check in; this was not user error, as the front desk agent very clearly believed. The room is severely outdated, neither of us showered until returning home as the shower and sink were both disgusting. There was a stain on the mattress pad which you could see through the sheets and again, the carpet in the room was fraying and stained and the air musty. Breakfast was cold. The front desk agent at checkout was great but both the agent at check in and overnight were less than helpful/friendly. Parking is 40$ valet only. Honestly, just stay away a holiday inn express at this point and save your money.

Nice room, was clean when we arrived, bed was extremely comfortable, could hear neighbors coming in and out, but didn't bother us.

The hotel is a bit worn out. The pool is tiny with limited hours. The area is fine if you are accessing the stadium but otherwise there are better parts of town.

Everything was good. Room needed some TLC carpet replacement in some areas and bathroom caulk needed replacing.

Valet only parking was inconvenient. Our toilet clogged at some point overnight and by morning my sister went to use it and the water was at the rim of the bowl. 2 hours later, no one had arrived. I came downstairs and saw a maintenance guy in the lobby and asked him. He had no knowledge and stated they were about to start their list of work orders and I might be on the list. I went to the front desk to find a nice young lady that assured me someone was coming. 10 mins later two men arrived to fix the toilet and told us that we could continue to use the room while they repair the toilet. Whatever machine they used quickly filled the room with a pungent odor. I was disgusted that he would even insinuate that we could eat or get dressed while this was taking place. He opened another room for us to change clothes in when I asked him to. I would not book here again.

Hotel needs lots of TLC. Needs to be updated. Lobby didn't smell good. The gym equipment needs to be better maintained. Room key system didn't always work. Room was spacious but wasn't clean. Walls were dirty , grout in bathroom super dirty. Carpet wasn't well cleaned. The exterior of the hotel also needs some updates. HYATT House sign has several illuminated letters that don't work.... Looks old and unkept. The area is bit sketchy.... Positives the staff was nice and helpful and breakfast was good.

It was ok for the price. We were missing towels and shampoo and needed to grab them from the front desk.
