The hotel was fun to stay at, and I appreciated all the help like calling taxis. I loved the neighborhood, a good feeling and great steakhouses very close by. I am more comfortable in a location like this than a hotel for triple the cost that is in a high rise downtown. The people in the lobby spoke English very well and were not just helpful, but pleasant to deal with.

It didn’t have any space in the bathroom. No cabinets to put anything in or counter space to place on. There wasn’t a hook to hang anything on not even for a used towel. Although the room was large there wasn’t any dresser to put cloths in. The lobby was in need of at least a fresh coat of paint if not a complete upgrade. On a positive note the breakfast was very good.

Super friendly and helpful staff. We loved the neighborhood and the buffet breakfast on the roof terrace. The huge bed was really comfortable. The lobby area could do with some design attention but otherwise a great stay in a great location.

The staff were amazing.. helpful and kind. The area is excellent, lots of places to walk to including nice bars/steakhouses/and clubs.

The location is in the trendy district of Palermo. There are lots of places to eat a drink and it is a good base from where to visit many areas in Buenos Aires.

The locations is perfect for adults (25-45) lots of bars and nightclubs. Also, there are many restaurants with variety of cosines. Breakfast had scrambled eggs, cereal, fresh fruits and lots of pastries. They have almond and soy milk. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. House keeping was very good and clean our room every day. The room needed a little bit of love.

Unfortunately the staff was not trained, they didn’t find our reservations, the payment was super complex, we didn’t received the complementary wine promised and the check out took almost 30min. I don’t recommend this hotel

The e key card failed to wired 7 times in the short time I was staying. One lift of the two didn’t work. Wifi is very poor. Virtually non existent at the poolside. Front desk staff were great. Especially Christopher who was very nice and helpful. All the front desk were nice. I wouldn’t not recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, staff attention and great / clean facilities. Special stars for the reception staff, they want to be sure that you feel really comfortable.

Confortable

The room was huge with a king size bed. Breakfast was abundant and varied, although the coffee could be better. The dining room on the last floor is very nice with great views. The location is great, with plenty of nice bars and restaurants around. The only issue is noise during the weekends. Although the windows are as soundproof as they get, you can still hear music from the bars around the hotel. Aside from this, is a very nice place to stay in Palermo.

The property is quite dàted. Bathrooms require an upgrade.

Friendly helpful staff and great location. Room needs a little TLC and the plumbing seems to cause some smell.

I asked for a quiet room. They put me on the sixth floor but then hosted a late party on a Wednesday on the seventh floor. Are they a hotel or a party venue? I can’t imagine that anyone on the sixth floor got a good nights rest.

It was overall a very nice stay. The hotel delivers the most important items: comfortable bed, good shower (great towels!) and a quiet room. Breakfast was pretty much Argentinian standard (not really continental, but enough to start the day) and staff was corteous. Location is very good. Room for improvement: - WiFi didn't really work. This is a major issue to be fixed. I wasn't the one having issues - The gym is not within the hotel's premisses, but located 5 blocks from the hotel. You get a voucher to use it. - I couldn't really open my window/balcony door because a pigeon lived there and it would have enjoyed coming inside my room. I had to keep the AC running all the time.

Good: Lots of food around. Facility needs maintenance. Didnt expect a night club across the street to be so loud and the TV and air condition power light was bright so I couldnt sleep.

This hotel was disappointing since the moment we arrived. It was almost midnight and while checking in the front desk person was not pleasant. No welcoming or smiling and if we didn’t ask we wouldn’t get the breakfast or gym info. The hallway was dirty and needs wall remodeling. Rooms are clean but not what we expected based on the pictures. No pool available because of the season. The bathroom was clean. We ordered a queen bed and twin, but we got 3 twins. Balcony is soooo small and a waste of the space because the way it’s buikt is crazy. To me it’s crazy that we have to call every day for towels to get changed. We even put them on the floor and they left them there. Breakfast was ok! Medialunas were amazing with dulce de leche. I think the only plus this hotel has it is basically the great location in Palermo where you can find millions of restaurants and bars. Also I considered a safe zone to explore around.

The hotel location was great! Staff was wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Room was good. Bathroom needs updated and needs to be cleaner.

The wi - if was practically non existent- just not acceptable. If you don’t want to eat sugar in the morning, the breakfast did not have acceptable options. The rooms were sterile and needed more furntiture.
