Staff was excellent. Room was clean. Big. Great location Breakfast was great. Many hot options. Juices coffee. Several different breads. Pancakes French toast. Changed ever morning. Dinner was excellent too. Ten stars. We loved the everything. We're from Florida... Medellin is so nice

Bad thing can not drink nothing in the pool area

Hotel past its prime time. Feels old and poorly looked after. Staff is AMAZING. The issue is with the property and clear lack of investment. AC was not working on arrival, 1 towel in the room. Noisy as they have events with loud music. Again 5 ⭐ to the people but not going back.

Very nice and quiet. The only problem is the distance from the Poblado park and all the vibe of that area, you need to take a taxi everywhere, which is cheap but next time we rather stay at the other Dan Carlton, Medellin, for conveniente! Thank you so much 😊

Excellent service

Hotel was not too far away from the hot spots but just far enough. It could've been a little closer to restaurants and stores, etc... A few things I noticed. If you have a guest policy it should be noted when you click on the hotel website. They charge a fee to be a guest there, each time. The food, especially whats on the menu was very good. I enjoyed everything I eat. It was a little pricey though, was thinking was back in the states for a second. Breakfast can be a little better though, need more variety... Security and the doorman were great. Always visibly, professional, and friendly. The one thing the hotel lacked was a good workout room. Missing equipment, missing dumbbells, and out of date equipment needs to be addressed.
