The property is okay, with a Woolworth just across the street and river in walking distance. The services are very basic, staff are amateur with no customer service experience, you have to ask every time you need something. Besides there is no phone in the room and you have to go downstairs every time you need something. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and is not comfortable most of the time with no control from the room. The staff miss basic things for instance we had booked and paid for a cot for our baby which was not set up for us. Cleaners missed our room a couple of times. We asked for a garbage bag from reception and they simply said we do not have them here and cleaning staff have left! Do not recommend, with this price you can find better options.

Great stay! Apartment was perfect for my Dad and I. Great location, 5 minute walk to the Crown and short distance to the city. Very clean and tidy. Could do with a little maintenance as the bathroom door was very hard to close. But all in all a great stay!

The location and availability of parking were excellent, but the main issue during my stay was cleanliness. My daughter’s toy fell on the floor and went under the bed. When I reached for it, the area was disgusting, full of litter, hair, and lots of dust. It looked like no one had cleaned the floor in a long time. The carpet in the dining room in front of the TV was really a mess, with lots of spots and tears. The beds in the bedrooms moved around because there was no lock option on the wheels, causing them to slip on the flat ceramic floor. Imagine sleeping at night and having your bed move just after rolling over.

Bed was horrendous, so soft, 2 people cannot sleep in that bed! Shower hot and cold to point of burning then cold as ice, not ok

Has become my favourite place to stay when visiting Melbourne ! The nicest staff I have come across as well. This place never disappoints

The property it self is good, cleanliness is good. Communication was a bit hard. I was traveling with my wife and I use her Credit Card to be used for the payment and incidentals cause I lost mine both cards are under in one account. Before my flight I received a note from the hotel that I can’t used my wife’s card, I was ordered to fill up 3rd party documents and send back to the hotel, after all I received an email saying it is no longer allowed anymore, I offered another card under my name but was refused. I don’t really get the sense of it!!! After all front desk took one of my room mate credit card who came an hour earlier because of our time of flight arrival. I’m confused and don’t know what are they logically protecting. It incurred me more than hundred of dollars of phone call just to solve the none sense problem.

Good stay…very clean property

Found the management very rude. Made us carry our towels upstairs. Nice place, excellent views but management needs work!

Good place, my only complaint is about the noice, I think the window wasn’t sealed properly and during th night you can hear traffic noice

Stayed here a couple of times, staff are always super friendly & hotel is always clean. Close to all of CBD conveniences.

Nice place to stay, very clean and had a decent view of Melbourne.

all was well, was my second time staying. only issue was that me and my missus had a big night the night before clubbing and she didn’t feel so well in the morning, very nauseous so i expressed this and asked for a 30 minute later checkout but wasn’t granted this, but when i went to the lobby to checkout another person said they “misplaced” their phones and asked for a later checkout time and was granted it.

It was a nice spot for me! The traffic was a little loud but it’s near the freeway so that was no issue

I unfortunately had to wait for check in but the desk staff was so lovely I didn’t mind. She handled other customers who were also waiting with grace, professionalism and empathy. I am coming back next month and look forward to another great stay.

Arrived at the property to be advised no car park. Apartment was supposed to have a balcony it did in their defence but you could not fit one let alone two people on it.. we have stayed here before and had a better room

Convenient location, courteous & hellpfull staff. Noise of traffic outside was not evident in the lounge / dining area with the glazing of the sliding door but in the bedroom traffic was very noisy.

Cute little 1 bedroom apartment. Was clean and tidy. Very easy to check in. Room was ready even though we were quite early. Walking distance to the city and transport. Housekeeping was everyday.

Lots of fun fun fun a night to remember

I never write reviews but this hotel is so awful I felt obliged to warm future travellers. As soon as you arrive there’s a horrible smell and people loitering around out the front and you know this isn’t the 4 star hotel like it claims to be. They would only give us one room key as my husband didn’t have his driver’s licence on him, all warning signs that this is some type of party hotel. Our room absolutely STUNK like mould, cigarette smoke and other people’s food. We therefore had to have the door open and the sound of the freeway traffic is horribly loud. Our room was absolutely filthy, scuff marks everywhere you look, an actual dirty foot print on the bathroom door, finger prints from makeup, broken glass on our balcony, dirt and filth everywhere you look and our TV didn’t work. I felt genuinely unsafe and slept with one eye open. It’s located in a dodgy area of town and if my husband wasn’t with me I would have swapped hotels due to feeling unsafe. I have absolutely no idea how this hotel has any more than 1 star reviews, please do some research and read the real reviews and avoid this hotel at all costs.

Sound insulation in the rooms was terrible. Located next to major roadways we may as well have been in a tent given the traffic noise. You are left to your own devices re parking and very limited max 3 hour parking in the street along the front. We had to park a 10 minute walk away which was highly inconvenient. The rooms present ok on the surface, but are poorly maintained and a lot of mould on the bathroom ceiling was a concern. Staff were pleasant enough but the property doesnt cut it for the price charged.

The stay was overall ok for the two nights we were there. The biggest issue I had was the hotel flat out refused to do late check out. not for any reason but that the management simply dont allow it. it was a great inconvenience and it baffles me. as someone who has stayed in hundreds of hotels I am confused why this wasnt possible and why the hotel simply chooses to lose money.
