The place offered stunning views, and it was nice to have plenty of room to all spread out (and everyone had their own bathroom!). The neighborhood had a lot of cafe/food/beverage options that were walkable, and it was conveniently located to mass transit. We had a tiny issue with the water heater, but Jake and Nathan were responsive and fixed the issue. Check in and out was a breeze!

We had a great time! Loved the spacious, contemporary, well appointed penthouse and the convenient location. The hosts, Nathan and Jake, were terrific too - they responded to emails very quickly and were very helpful and considerate. And checkout was a breeze! Highly recommended.

Excellent location and very comfortable.
There was a shower mishap, but the owners responded really quickly and are looking to get it fixed, so really no issue.
Already booked in again for another trip!

My group had a great stay here. The location is close to downtown, and was very easy to get to McCormick's Place for our trade show and conference. Many restaurants within a short drive. Also a nice grocery store just a few blocks away. The property is very spacious and allowed for a bit of privacy even though we had 7 people staying here. The underbuilding parking was also a great perk! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to the downtown Chicago area.

This condo was amazing! The first thing everyone commented when they arrived was how big it was. Plenty of space for a big group to spread out. We had a private chef come one night and the kitchen was well equipped for his needs. Great proximity to West Loop/Fulton Market restaurants and bars. No need for Ubers. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area!

Stayed here with a group of 6 adults but this place felt like it could accommodate a group of 20+! Large stylish living space and bedrooms which were clean and well kept. Location was perfect for our group to walk around and explore. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed as 2 families over fall break! Great location! We were able to walk to dinner every night, plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen was stocked, place was clean and fun was had by all!

Staying in Fulton Market was perfect. There are so many great attractions in this area and it is incredibly easy to get around town from here. Would definitely stay here again. The place was spacious, clean, and the host was easy to communicate with.

I can’t say enough good things about this stay! Nathan and Jake were wonderfully communicative and helpful. We had 18 people stay here for my sisters bachelorette, and it was super comfortable and never felt crowded! The place is STUNNING! Truly so gorgeous and very conveniently located. The beds are wildly comfortable and there are spacious closets and bathrooms in each bedroom. We all loved it so much and it made for the best HQ for our celebratory weekend. I also really appreciated the security features on the building and on the door to the unit itself. It truly has everything you need and then some for a wonderful stay in Chicago - I can’t recommend it enough!!!

Our group had such a great time here! Lots of space and a wonderful view. Such a perfect location in the west loop! It was very clean and the memory foam beds were super comfy. We highly recommend!

We had the BEST time during our Chicago trip! The home is made for a large group to lodge comfortably. Everything was in great shape, the home was clean and well stocked. The beds are so comfortable and it worked well to have a private bathroom for each room. The gathering space is large with tons of natural light- perfect for photos! Our girls trip was fantastic and this homemade made it perfect!

Great for a large group of adults or a whole family. Very comfy and spacious, great for teams in town for a conference or project. Super nice and helpful hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

We came for a girls trip and this was the perfect spot!! The condo was very clean, and there was plenty of room for our large party! We had no problem finding free street parking, and Jake and Nathan were incredibly responsive and helpful. This was a great trip!
