The breakfast was great, and probably the best part of my stay. There's a selection of dishes, and it changes every day. So there was some variety between the days. Pastry is great.
Location is not too bad, it's in walking distance to the Jiannan Station. And there are quite a few department stores nearby.
It wasn't as clean as I hoped it would be. I stayed for 8 nights, and was expecting them to properly clean the bathroom and table at least one of the days. But they didn't. They just changed/folded the towels and made the bed, and that was it.

I booked this hotel for my friend, who stayed there this time. The reason I booked this hotel for her is that it is my family’s favorite hotel in Taiwan. But my friend’s experience did not match the expectations that I had for the hotel. Like me, she liked the breakfast, especially on the weekend. She enjoyed the luxurious feel and comfort and cleanliness of the hotel.
As I had said before, while this is my family’s favorite hotel, my friend’s experience there did not match the expectations I had for the hotel. The hotel room air-conditioning was very noisy and she had to move to another room.

The hotel is well-maintained and everything looks new.

Breakfast was terrific. Not only was there plenty for breakfast at the hotel, but it was also good-quality food. Overall my family and I have been very impressed with the breakfast at the hotel.
I wish there was an indoor swimming pool at the hotel.

All the staff are wonderful, polite, proactive when seeing guests in need of any help. There are several outstanding ones, all the ladies in the breakfast buffet in 2nd floor, the always-smile girl of the swimming pool, also the gentleman who always waited on the door of the lobby...make us feel warm and pleasant. Thank you.
Or by the way, the croissant offered in breakfast buffet is so delicious, kind of saving the entire breakfast, for me.
The breakfast is kind of plain, much less choice of the side dish for congee, luckily the croissant is so well made.
Also the TV in hotel room is old, the graphic quality is disappointing! Quite not match a 5-star hotel.

1. Very close to Miramar mall. Easy for dinning or shopping.
2. Room is big with good facility, e.g. TV with built-in Youtube, L'OCCITANE shower gel and shampoo.
No spot for food delivery (Uber Eats or foodpanda), and you need to meet the delivery driver to pick up the food directly.
