Last minuite to stay. From Peterborough ordered suitcases and Liverpool only had. Stayed here in lockdown, included breakfast which was lovely.
Value for money, across the road from Albert dick.
1 minuite away from Liverpool one shopping. Wow 3 shopping centres under 1 roof. The best I’ve seen so far.
Other half Liverpool supporter so coming here amazing. People friendly. Hotel recommended.

A good location and supposedly parking, although with contractors working on a building behind the hotel, many of them were using the hotel spaces so it was difficult to find a space.
I wasn't very well and could have used a comfortable lounge to rest in but there wasn't one and the chairs in the room were much too uncomfortable.
It's probably a great hotel for sleeping in but other services could be improved.

There was a lady at reception who really needs some retraining; she was unfriendly, unpleasant, and, in my opinion, would be better suited to a back-office role rather than front office.

The reception staff were not friendly or welcoming and didn't thank us upon leaving either.The climate control unit in the room did not cool the room down so it was too warm through the night. I paid 20 pounds for the car park yet no one ever asked for my registration, did not validate the ticket despite me offering on 2 occasions. Upon leaving the barriers were permanently up which meant other people were probably coming and going while parking for free. The reception staff actually asked me how many nights I had stayed. I feel like I paid 20 quid for no reason.

From the website the hotel and room reflected as what would be a decent place to stay for a few nights. The room wasn’t set up as requested as the fold up bed was not ready nor did it come with bed sheets which I had to ask for and didn’t supply a single bed duvet for it either when I asked for it for my child. Room perhaps a bit dated and needs upgrading.

Great location for a visit to Liverpool. Very close to Albert Dock and the shopping centre. Walking distance to the Cavern Club if you're wanting a Beatles Experience.

Have stayed at an Ibis Styles hotel often, this was by far the worst. Room was dated, the whole hotel was dated, staff was too busy playing on their phones. When we came down to the bar a couple of evenings, tables were more often than not covered in dirty dishes and what was staff doing? Playing on their phones. I’d stay somewhere else.

Overall - good stay for great price in an excellent location at a decent hotel with some room for improvement.

- bed not great for someone with a bad back
- other little repairs needed e.g. bathroom door couldn't close properly
- 1 or 2 staff have poker faces (family felt the lack of warmth in the welcome and interaction with certain front desk staff)
- parking system too informal

The hotel was nice, good value and in a perfect location opposite Albert Docks. A great view from the rooms looking out towards the docks. Comfortable rooms. Only slight negative thing is a large step to walk in and out of the bathroom, which seemed unnecessary. Need to be careful not to trip up. The breakfast is excellent and recommended.

Staff miserable and not very helpful, a smile goes a long way. Bed not made properly on second night and tea tray not replenished. Room too small, bathroom good. But a bit too far out out of centre.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We were attending a 3 day convention at the m&s bank arena. Only a 10 minute walk so really handy. Had phoned to request a dockside view and early check in. Rooms were ready for us with a great view of albert docks.
The rooms were clean but a little tired however we really enjoyed our stay. All the staff were friendly & helpful and the breakfast was lovely. Look forward to staying again

Only booked the room as we were attending a wedding in the area. For the price we paid we were surprised at how clean and freash the room was. All the staff were brilliant. Allowed us to take one room early to drop our luggage off. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend this place to others. Im sure we'll be back again. Thank you!

I like the location as it was very close to Princes Docks and Liverpool One. Reasonably priced parking is a plus as it would be for any driver.
Breakfast is reasonable if a bit limited, Full breakfast was missing mushrooms and one could not get fried eggs, only option was scrambled eggs which is not my thing. Staff would not oblige fried eggs on request.
Overall, a nice place to stay.

Very pleased with hotel for what we wanted. Shame that during the night we were woken up with sound of gushing water, assume the plumbing pipes weren't insulated. Nice spacious bathroom and good shower, however the cubicle did leak water which meant the floor was wet.

The bed was quite hard, making it difficult to sleep, and the internet connectivity for guests was of very poor quality.
However, the staff were excellent, and the breakfast bar in the mornings was very good. The shower was great, and the room was quiet.
