The location being almost across from Crown entertainment and the Convention Centre. Was happy to have a nice size apartment in this location with a carpark.

A little noisy as only single glazed windows, but managed to sleep ok.

Ideal location for Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Literally a 5 minute walk into the venue via the basement car park. Close to Southbank shops, restaurants & casino. Great views of CBD.

Despite the high floor we found it quite noisy due to poorly insulated windows. Price on the high side, especially given there's only one bathroom. $500 bond deduction was excessive for a 2 night stay.

too noisy, windows are not to an appropriate standard for location. the noise was so loud it was as if the windows were wide open .

Close proximity to Southbank precinct and free tram zone. View of the river and city was nice.

The miscommunication in regards to bedding request and subsequent time/communication regarding rectification. The huge rip in the couch wasn't particularly welcoming or hygienic. The art work in the second bedroom was a terrifying Punch n Judy/Witch goblin scene, which the cleaner had apparently previously advised the staff of, but it was still hanging. Replacement of blinds had concluded after the cleaner had been, so there was metal shards in the carpet. The shower opening is quite tight, and would not be appropriate for anyone overweight.

thanks to the guy checking us in as he gave us a tip to get to the conference centre quicker-was only 5 mins which was much quicker than I thought when booking. Thanks for the other tourist tips also. Super clean, with brand new carpet! loved the tennis court, and pool would be great next time (when it’s not winter).

wasn’t much to dislike, but only suggestion is to change one of the paintings in one of the rooms-looked scary/strange to a toddler however didn’t bother us as she was in the other room.
