I booked a king bed room , when I got there the lady at the reception told me that , they didnt have any king rooms available, amd she was rude , when I told her that I needeb a king room since that was what I booked, she didnt gave me any oprions

There was a large group of soccer or baseball teams of kids and they were extremely loud, noisy, running around all over the place and didn’t let the rest of the guest sleep at night or sleep in in the morning! Extremely loud and annoying! Left trash everywhere.

Even though the building is a bit old it is well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was excellent. The breakfast had a great variety. We enjoyed it.

My door lock run out of batteries, so I get locked out of my room and staff wasn't sure if they have new batteries available, so it takes a while until I can acces my room at night

The property is not well kept. They need to cut the grass and clean the palm trees around the property and inside by the pool.. also the windows/doors by the lobby and by the pool are dirty. The parking lot needs to get a fresh coat of asphalt and repaint the parking stalls.. The customer service at the check in desk are not hospitable at all, they need some customer service orientation/training.. The customer service at the restaurant is the only thing I can’t say anything about, the are friendly and very attentive.. This place is very similar to a Motel 6 from the US. don’t expect much..

Horrible all around! Terrible check in experience. Room and bathroom were dirty. Staff was condescending. Keys and room phone not working. Several trips to lobby to get things fixed. Left after one night and had to stay with relatives.

When we first got to room, the bed was not made, maintenance guy walked in behind us to fix tv, and the a/c sounded like a locomotive. After complaining about it, we were placed in a remodeled room. After asking 4 times with delays and the housekeeping ladies letting us know not to let the desk personnel assign us to the 3rd or 4th floor, we got out room. Mostly clean.

Pool and lobby are nice, seems like priority is not given to cleanliness, the toilet and bathtubs were old and dirty, bathtub was peeled, walls looked dirty, needs desperate updating. When we checked in there was a lot of people in line picking up tickets for a concert and it was hard to get in and find parking, also lots of noise.

The exterior and interior of building as a whole is beautiful, amazing service, very hospitable. Only issue was the room, there was dirt and dust build up all over the room; it felt dirty. Bathroom had crust on the shower hose and the walls seemed to have stains that were painted over and is now peaking through. However, bed was confortable and you get what you pay for.

I don’t recommend staying at this property. The shower was dirty and clogged. Deficient staff, you have to beg for things and wait till the staff wants to help you out. The room did not come with blankets, and had to ask till the following because no one was staffing the fromt desk at night. There are no heating units in the room. Sad stay with them.
