Nothing.

Got charged for not staying. The check-in process was a nightmare, and it's sent too close to the checkin hours. I couldn't upload a photo. It didn't work for me, so I wasn't able to get in the property. Besides that, I received a message saying that my payment didn't go through directly from them, I clicked the link and put all my credit card information again only to find that it was a scam, after I did it. But it was exactly the same booking page and everything. I asked the property, and they just said to ignore it. While someone stole my whole credit card information with a fake website look-alike. They couldn't even make an exception and refund me for my cancelation. I reached out to booking and the property, and they said they were going to wave the cancelation fees, but guess what? They still charged me 132$ . They didn't do any partial refund because the property was non refundable, and they couldn't make an exception. There's absolutely nothing I liked from this whole experience.

Lovely location with shops and other facilities near by. Simple and catered to our specific needs. Pretty exterior.

There were insects laying eggs in the bathroom every couple of hours. Little bit of rust/mold/grout dirt in the bathroom. Wifi can be quite slow - due to the number of people using at a time. Washroom was raided with mosquitoes due to the warm temp - suggestion to put incense of sorts. Initially, I was nervous about the contactless system and putting card details on a foreign website. Probs would have been more comfortable doing a deposit. But I trust Lowkl will remove the details off of the system.

The price was the best aspect of the property. The pool was clean. Nice to have the option to use the fridge, stove and microwave and dishes.

The bathroom is unacceptable. There is nowhere to stand to close the door. The shower leaks all over the floor and the door can’t open nor close with a towel on the floor. Lots of unsealed large cracks for the huge cockroach to hide we saw on the inside shower window. I could barely sleep after that. The pool was chilly for November. I didn’t want to walk around without shoes on due to the cleanliness.

Location - quiet

The location was a good neighborhood for conveniences

This was advertised as an "apartment" I've stayed in apartment style units before, and this wasn't an apartment. An apartment includes a living area, and a kitchen area. Sitting on the bed to watch TV is not a living area, and a countertop plug-in burner is not a kitchen. This was a motel room. There was NO STAFF ON THE PROPERTY AT ALL. There was no getting any help with anything.

Everything was clean and working properly. The pool was cleaned often. There are plenty of pool toys. Plenty of towels and necessities. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was safe and perfect for us. Our daughter stayed here and recommended it. It's nice to know we can have a good choice in staying here when we come back.

Toilet paper holder needs to be tighten.

The room, the whole place was very clean , the location was perfect , close to the beach, to the Broward Convention center, a lot food places walking distance, nice pool

The mosquitos, you have to make sure you keep the door close and close right after yourself otherwise you will be dealing with 100 mosquitos, I think is all the plants around the property

Location, room, comfortable bed

The shower leaked a little, and the bathroom door was hard to close while I was in the bathroom.

Everything, easy getting around, clean , had a table and chairs outside for visiting. There were grills to cook on. Location was close to shopping and restaurants.

The walls were thin, I could hear conversations. Someone had kids running around the complex screaming and didn’t stop until midnight. Also at night I couldn’t see my pad to open my door, there needed to be a light outside .

It is still quite convenient and quaint although situated at a large street. I enjoyed my time there!

The linen could've been cleaner. But everything else was lovely.

The a/c was not working properly, the floors were dirty and not clean. The bathroom has mold in the shower.

Great location for attending an event at Broward Convention Center. Compact but had everything I needed.

I liked the location, Pool and the room was very spacious!

I would say the people talking at 3am in the morning next to my window wasn’t the best although it only happened 1 night for me.

What breakfast?

The unit beside us was extremely noisy. When I reached out to the host all they did was send a text. It did not resolve the issue at all. Very poor customer service. I paid $141 for a cleaning fee but was expected to do my own dishes and take the trash out. For.my taste this was very poorly managed and run. A follow-up email said if they get another complaint, they will speak to the people. Wow, go speak to them before you get a complaint. I would never stay at another property managed by the company nor would I ever recommend them.

it certainly does not convey in person the way the app would have you expect. it was dated, mattress sagging in the middle, bed coverings and upholstery appears drab and worn out. just an overall let-down!

the room was next to the gate entrance that slams every time someone enters it exits. Had a hard time sleeping because it kept slamming. The outside of the room was so dark & felt sketchy because it took me 5 mins to realize the door code was on the door handle which (which they never clarified in text) & not the lock box that’s next to the door which was easier to identify. the tv remote doesn’t work half the time as we tried to enjoy a movie on Netflix. The checkout time was 11, we contacted the host to see if we can get another hour to checkout as we had a late flight but we’re immediately told no because they’re busy with other guests. Which doesn’t make sense as they have a later check in time (4pm) so they have 5hrs before the next person takes the room. They need 5 hrs to clean a room? Even though they make us clean any dishes used & take out our own trash before leaving. Also, we woke up to find a HUGE cockroach in the bathroom floor! Last thing, check out was at 11am. We had someone aggressively bang at our door at 10:17 AND THEN AT 10:50 to remind us our check out was at 11. We travel often & this was a terrible place to stay at to begin the new year. Don’t recommend at all!

Cozy apartment space a little small but with ell that was needed and a comfortable bed.

I prefer more patio space, but there wasn’t much to dislike, it’s a good spot.

Liked the area there and has pretty much everything I needed within walking distance.
