excellent location, very cleaned and modern hotel , friendly helpful staff

Overall well maintained pleasant hotel. Location is amazing as linked to station and walking distance from other vicinities. Employees are super friendly. My room was overall clean but I have a 4 as the dust was everywhere.

Room was really nice , would have preferred room with window rather than sky light ...didn't enjoy meal in restaurant, over priced for fish and chips, TV in room only had few channels ...kept going off ...this hotel is next to train station which we thought would have been noisy , but was really quiet , conviently near shops , walking distance to most sightseeing sights , would definitely stay again but would request front facing room , reception staff lovely very pleasant and helpful, breakfast was nice, lots of choice , enjoyed our stay overall

This is the 'station hotel' for Lime Street station, a magnificent Victorian building with an amazing central staircase that could not be more convenient for anyone travelling by train. It's also opposite St George's Hall so also extremely convenient for attending an event there. It's been recently refurbished by Radisson with modern and fun touches everywhere but also keeping the best features of the old building. Sadly. all of that is definitely tarnished for me by the daft decision to have check-in only via ridiculous 'self-check-in' kiosks that are in fact hard to use, so the friendly and helpful reception staff in fact find themselves using them for you. This is fine but it creates an unnecessary crush around the cramped kiosk desk, and means an unreasonably long queue with nowhere to sit while waiting. It's a pity that a fun, convenient, recently refurbished hotel is spoiled by this silly decision

Amazing

Hotel was perfect location and spotlessly clean. Our room was on the 6th floor, and although it had air conditioning it didn’t have an opening window, I struggled with this, not having any fresh air. I would stay here again but certainly not in a room with no opening windows .

Just returned from a night away at this hotel.. would definitely return nothing was too much trouble from easy check in very friendly helpful staff.. rooms very clean bed and pillows very comfy and breakfast was well worth the £15 charge

Right next to Lime Street Station. Very handy for the city, transport and buses to Anfield. Will stay here again.

Perfectly located for the city centre. Worth the money. Beautiful hotel, very retro chic hotel!! Spacious room with comfy beds and a good sized bathrooms. Big shower with a choice of 2 shower heads. Air-conditioning, safe, coffee machine, iron board also available in the room. An amazing building. Only down side for me was that the windows weren't fully sound proofed.

Fantastic stay. Staff were polite from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Bar staff fantastic and speedy in their service. Room was spotless and view from the room was amazing.

The stay was fine, but when I called the blonde girl at reception in the morning she didn’t let me get a word in edgeways over the phone. I think she was very sure of herself and this can come across as quite gobby.

Front desk clerk was very nice. The sky windows were nice, but wish it had a regular window. The breakfast was very good. So convenient to the train. Very nice hotel.

Great location

Really loved this hotel . Such a great location with the train station being next door and it had great AC and a lovely view . The guy who checked me in helped me with my suitcase and the girls in the morning who checked me out were very chatty and kind.

Bed comfortable pillows not so, very lumpy. Coffee not too good and breakfast wasn’t that warm. Staff were friendly place was clean. Right next to line street station if you go by train.location is good right next to history museum and situated close to the shops and pubs.

Perfect location for arriving by train, staff all friendly and helpful, asked for our room upgrade and was arranged without any issues. Room was very clean and modern, all the facilities you needed right there. Great breakfast in the morning really fresh and tasty. We only had 1 night unfortunately but really enjoyed our short stay.

Treated my son to suite, seeing his fave topic Titanic, went to museum’s, had a fantastic time, definitely coming again.

Was a great check in but the noise really early fron the wetherspoons next door with a delivery and thw bar staff not allowing me to sit with my family at the only tables available because they were preparing for breakfast despite me not being able to sit on higher stools because of my visable disability,marred the stay also didn’t have sofr drink alcohol or ice we wanted available and they didn't seem pleased to have to get some.We resolved it with staff the next day but for the price of the room a membership upgrade for the next stay didn’t help with this one

Fabulous stay, great location, really nice hotel, great staff

Nice hotel, good location, but a lot of style over substance. Room was quite small, the coffee machine needed cleaning, and there were no complimentary teas. The gym looked cool, but not having any free weights or KBs over 14kg is very limiting. The bar/restaurant is huge, but only a small amount of the tables are dedicated for drinks and we were turned away after going for an evening drink as there were no tables available….despite half the restaurant being empty. Easy things to change to make it better.

Surprisingly lovely renovation of a fantastic historic building, with great pieces of art and interesting architectural details throughout. The Sunday lunch was off the charts! Would HIGHLY recommend! Tip- having seen both, I can assure that the Premium Rooms are better value than the junior suites :-)
