Breakfast was great with lots of options. Loved being able to take the rickshaw tour, and the staff was very helpful in booking it.

This hotel has a perfect location so close to the train station and in the heart of the city. The hotel itself was modern and pretty. Staff was super friendly. The room was also comfortable and spacious!

There is really nothing that I can recall disliking!

立地も良く、アメニティもとても充実していました。お風呂は浴槽が足を伸ばしてちょうどいい形になっていて、歩き回った足にはすごく良かったです。また、朝食のMUJICAFEがとーーーーーっても良かった！美味しかった！優しいお味がして、いつもよりたくさん食べてしまいました。お店を出る際に店員さんに『行ってらっしゃいませ』と声をかけられてとても気分が良かったです。 ホテル提携駐車場に停めていたのですが、丸2日分の料金が提携料金で安くなり、お得でした！機会があればまた利用したいです。

One of the best rooms in hotel as far as views, distance to elevator, and quietness.

That I only stayed for such a short time.

The hotel room was very cozy and clean and have a separate sitting area. The hotel was in the centre of the city, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. There are convenience store and supermarket just next to the hotel. It is also a few minutes' walk to the famous temple, Tsurugaoka Hachimangu.

It would be great if it can provide an onsen.

小上がりに間接照明のための隙間があり、引っかかりやすく、危険でした。

Provide nice local skincare products ;wash machine is also awesome!

I have stayed in several Metropolitan hotels. This is by far the nicest. It is very convenient to the train station and is in a very nice part of town. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the hotel restaurant provided a good breakfast (mostly Japanese style but adequate American food). The room was spacious and clean.

接客がとても良い。 ロビーにコーヒーが設置されている。 朝食(MUJIカフェ)のメニューが満足のゆくものだった。 部屋が綺麗で快適だった。バス・トイレが別になっている点も良い。　駅からも近く、八幡宮からも近く、飲食店や人力車の利用もしやすく、立地が最高に良かった。

Friendly staff and Muji style room is the highlight of the stay. Its location is an added bonus and overall a very enjoyable stay.

There are a few strings of dusts hang from the ceiling in our room. The room is otherwise very clean.

Centralt i Kamkura! Nära till stationen, gågatan och olika sevärdheter.

Frukostmöjligheterna. Endast buffé och ganska dyrt, men det finns andra frukostmöjligheter runtom så inga problem.

Location was excellent. The street view was very nice anytime of the day. The room is well maintained and very clean.

A bright modern hotel in a beautiful town with friendly, professional staff who made our visit at new year extra special - arigato gozaimasu and akemashite omedetou!

There is a strong body odour when we enter the room, after switching on aircon and air purifier. That smell is gone, but there is persistent damp smell.
