Home could use a good cleaning and some updates as it is a bit rundown. Owner was great to work with and very responsive. Overall it was a great stay!

Katya’s house was great for our family vacation. It’s close to everything downtown and so easy to find from the airport. The house is really cool, lots of fun stuff and cosy to sit infront of the tv in the evening. Highly recommend it! Katya was a truly amazing host. So helpful and accommodating. I wish she had more properties for us to visit!!! Thank you!

This is a lovely house , cheerful and charming , you can tell the owners have a love of art color and design . Much nicer than many of the white boxes that are out there to rent. For me a small house is preferable to a hotel room - private pool! This one had a nespresso machine and a big tub . Difficult to find in South Florida Katya was very accommodating tips and made everything easy . Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at this property! Awesome eating/sitting areas and the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool gets a little hot in the summer and lots of leaves due to thunderstorms but was still nice for a quick dip. Katya was extremely responsive and even let us check out a few hours late on our last day for no extra cost, which was super kind.

This place was amazing, I didn’t want to go! I’ve been in a bunch of rentals and they’re nice but usually decorated kinda weird - not this place, it was absolutely gorgeous. The pool was awesome, my family and I were in it every day. Heated, and has lights on at night, and the shallow part with the chairs and umbrella was perfect for reading in the morning, or for the baby to play. One warning, if you’re bringing your dog like we did, there is a large gap on the side of the backyard that opens right out into the front of the house, so you need to block it or your dog can walk right out. That was our only complaint, besides the wifi was also really terrible, but oh well it gave us an excuse to put our phones down! Lol. It seriously was beautiful and also Katya was a responsive host and replied to all my questions, even though I found out it was her daughters prom that weekend! Definitely recommend, we already wanna come back.

So accommodating when the home we had booked was flooded the day before we were supposed to stay and it is not easy to find a place that quickly with a dog. Katya was the first to respond to me in my emergency. The home is very nice and had absolutely everything we needed. We had a great weekend!!

This house!! We were a group of 8 females for a birthday weekend. This house was everything we needed! From the minute we walked in, we were ALL wowed! The house was very clean and smelled great, the home decor is beautiful, and outdoors with a pool and so many options outside to sunbathe! Our host Katya was very helpful our entire stay, she responded to every single message of mine! I will definitely be booking for a family vacation!!
