Только одно зеркало! Неприятный запах в коридоре, отваливаются ручки и держатели полотенец.

Замечательные апартаменты - трёхкомнатная квартира для родителей и двух детей.в удачном тихом районе, в пешей доступности магазины, рестораны, чудесный спортзал, пол часа до торгового центра Paradise Center.квартира, как и весь дом, новая.оснащенная всем, что может понадобиться,включая кофемашину и тостер.возможность самому регулировать отопление и горячую воду, стиральная машина с сушильной - два в одном, балкон.кровати удобные, белье белоснежное,на кухне продуманы многи мелочи, включая полотенца.огромное спасибо управляющей Елене за помощь по всем вопросам.отдыхали 10 дней 2 семьи в соседних апартаментах - было супер.рекомендую от всего сердца.

Perfect in every aspect. Seriously. Super friendly people, privet underground parking lot, modern and nicely decorated rooms, shining clean facilities, flexible hours (we had to leave at 3 AM to the airport), fully equipped kitchen. 15 minutes away from the airport (without traffic). Close to everything by car.
We definitely recommend as a home away from home in Sofia.
I really try hard and can't find anything that we didn't like. Maybe one thing, that the very helpful and friendly lady that welcomed us didn't speak English, but Ilya was totally fluent in English and was available 24/7 on WhatsApp, so when we needed help with the air conditioning we texted him and there she was at our door less than a minute later to fix it.

First of all this is a new building with 9 new rooms (3 for each floor)
It has modern elevator and underground parking (from parking directly to the room)
Host Elena was very friendly and usefull. Really great supermatket Da Hapna is 5m walk from the building.
The kitchen has pots and friyng pans, full size fridge and cooking panel (infrared)
Every bedroom as much as livingroom has AirCo witch makes the climate comfortable.
Taking in a look all abose they also pet fliendly. This is very importnan when you travel with a pet.
WiFi was fast and no problem with autorisation portals.

Absolutely everything from start to finish. They gave all the extra small things such as tablets for the dish washer and washing machine, condiments on the table and a few capsules for the Nespresso machine and even a drying rack for your washing.
The staff too were really friendly and helpful.
Nothing really, apart from that it would have been better to have 2 pillows.
