The reception staff are professionals. Their reception was very welcoming. Other employees in the services and in the restaurant are all excellent, and we thank them for their efforts. The hotel's location is excellent and easy to reach the Haram Breakfast is a varied buffet that meets all desires and requests

Distance from Masjid Haram. Most of time roads leading to masjid haram are blocked so you have to walk long distance to reach mosque.

The Staff where untrained. They gave me different apartment than what i booked. I change the apartment 2 times in first day not same what i booked. Eventually, they gave me apartment full of bad sewage smell. They try to refresh the air with perfume but didn’t work. The next day the manager change the apartment for me with better one and promised to return the money for the first night to compensate me and as apology but they didn’t return anything so far. Very bad experience. I don’t recommend it to anyone looking for apartment it is different than the picture. Specially tower 4 is the worst. The hotel little far from the Haram compare to other Jabal Omar hotels. لا انصح فيه للشقق ابداً الشقق ليست كما تبدو في الصور.

Really impressed with the high standard of services hotel team has maintained throughout my stay. Excellent location with 4-5 mins walk into the Haram with everything available nearby.

الفندق جديد ونظيف وقريب صفة كونراد الستاف خدوم ويوفرون الماي بالغرف باستمرار دخلونا مبكر عن الوقت الغرفة قياس ٤٠ متر مربع افضل بالحجم والحركه بس توزيع الاثاث احسه غلط

ماحبيت اول شي حجم الغرف مع انها ٣٠ متر مربع بس ابد ماتنفع لثلاث اشخاص الغرف ماحبيت انه مبنين وكل مبنى صار فيه مجموعه غرفتنا اول يوم كانت حارهزوعقب توزيع التكيف ماكان مضبوط بغرفتنا ثاني يوم مشكله كان بدورة المياه الماي فقط حاررر بشكل مانقدر نتوضى صلحوا المشكله نعم بس استغرق من وقتنا صراحه نوعية الفراش والمخده وايد سوفت ماحبيتها
