الهدوء والراحة وقربه من المسجد النبوي النظافة تعامل الطاقم عموما وخاصة موظفي وموظفات الاستقبال

الفندق ممتاز و خدمه العملاء كانو ودودين جدا الغرفه كانت نظيفه ومرتبه الفندق قريب الي الحرم المدني عند بوابه 365 اول يوم تم استقبالنا بطبق من الفاكهه ترحيبا بنا شكرا لكم علي ذلك

I loved the fact that everyone was helpful and eager to give you great experience. I love how everything was made smooth. There is parking which costs not much, but it is worth it.

I would like to thank the front desk staff for how friendly, respectful and professional they were during our entire stay at Jayden hotel. Please keep the same level of customer service because my stay at the hotels in makkah was disappointing compared to Jayden hotel in Madinah. The breakfast was amazing with soo many options, their room service was super quick anytime we needed something they would be available right away. Rooms were clean, with all amenities including upto weight machine. It is on a 2 mins walk from Rowdah Mubarak and have many restaurants across the street next to masjid bilal. I was so happy on my return back to the States and have recommended them to all my friends and family for their future umrah tour.

I have absolutely no complaints. This is more of a feedback to the manager for kitchen department. It would be nice of him to greet customers rather then just stare at them. Thank you
