It was clean, beautiful, scenic, peaceful, aesthetic, vibes were immaculate and just amazing everywhere you looked.

Fatma Kamal in reception helped me a lot , and the bar tenders in Nur bar always make good cocktails. The main pool is big and clean

The welcome cake in refrigerator of my room is not tasty

The brand new hotel. Location is good (really difficult to judge since I am first time in Egypt). The owners made hotel look great and inject lots of necessary services.

In winter it is very cold in rooms at night (rooms are designed for +30 but not for +10). Climate control systems doesn’t work for heating properly. Many “children’s sicknesses” so far. If you didn’t buy all inclusive you dramatically over pay for everything. Spa is in front of hotel and terrible in terms of price / quality correlation. Hope the hotel spa will be good once it will be opened.

Amazing service. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful always going the extra mile. The staff are great at getting to know you and customising your experience. Good was amazing plenty to choose from. Room was lovely and so was pool. Would definitely recommend this hotel definitely worth the money.

Nothing that a didn’t like but a couple improvements would be good. - WiFi was off and on -WiFi coverage could be improved -longer tour on arrival and more information -more water provided in room would be good - had a wee problem with a group of teenagers playing music out a portable speaker by the pool. Disrupting everyone peace. So maybe staff need to be a bit more disciplined and not always so nice.

The service was terrible, the receptionists were very inefficient, and ask us to wait more than HALF AN HOUR to check in, and no manner at all. We were there first but the receptionist turn to help other people. WORST service ever experienced! NOT WOTRH THE MONEY AT ALL!

It is obvious that SERRY has a magnificent management that appears in the details of the place and the staff who is been selected based on high criteria(it seems). It is the the first time I spent almost ten day in a hotel where I don’t face any uncomfortable feeling from any one of the staff. I can’t mention names because all the staff are heroes. In reception I can remember Abdul monaem, Fatimah Hisham. In Sofrah I can remember Ayah. Honestly all the staff. This place is piece of paradise. In sort word it is flawless.
