A very convenient stay for a overnight to catch a flight. The very frequent and precise shuttle from the airport to the hotel and to the terminal is very convnient.

The breakfast was good but some corners of the restaurant were not clean. Hairs and those kind of stuff. Maybe it has to do with the certain guests and their habits. Still it is hotel’s responsibility to keep an eye on this matter

Cercanía al aeropuerto y bus de traslado entre terminales - hotel y viceversa que tiene salidas frecuentes. Tienen una tienda abierta 24-7 donde pueden comprar alimentos, bebidas incluso recuerdos, por si llegan tarde y no tienen otra opción.

Las camas no eran cómodas, los amenities estaban en la planta baja pero no nos lo indicaron porque hicimos checkin automático y el clima en la habitación no funcionó en la noche y nos complicó descansar bien.

If you had an early flight via Narita Airport, Toyoko Inn Narita Shinkan is ideal place to stay. Just 5 minutes from Terminal 3/2. They have free shuttle from/to Airport which is really convenient. Checkin/out is easy, just use an automated machine. Although a staff can guide but you can do it on your own. I stayed for a night on double room non-smoking. The room had decent space and good view of Narita T3. The bed is comfy and had decent sleep. . The bathroom had compact space with bathtub, smart toilet and classic lavatory basin. Amenities, had typical standard in business hotel, flat tv fridge, closet. There is working station/ table that you can do your business. You can grab your own toiletries at the lobby and sleeping wear. Breakfast had a typical Japanese buffet selection with few choices for western food. It was ok. There is Lawson convenience store on the 1F which is really nice when you crave something late at night. The staffs are helpful despite they look so busy especially when a big batch of guests comes in. Overall, its a nice place to stay if you want to get closer to the airport.

Close to the airport with airport shuttle included. Excellent facilities. The hotel is nice and big and offers breakfast buffet, absolutely loved it.

空港に近く送迎バスもあったので安心でした。いろいろなものを売っているお店が入っていて安心感がありました。

Buen menu, mis padres pudieron acceder al cuarto de hotel a descansar un poco, habitaciones tranquilas, y muchas amenidades. Habya una tienda de conveniencia en el hotel.

El precio se me hico un poco caro por el tamano del cuarto. El horario de check in fue muy temprano. El horario de Check out fue muy tarde.

フロントスタッフが感じ良く、朝食も美味しかった。

ローソンスタッフが事務的な感じで対応が良くなかった。

朝食があることを考えると、値段が非常に安い。

中にあるコンビニのスタッフが少ないようで、結構な時間並んだ。またコンビニのスペースがかなり狭いため、移動が少し難しい。（これはホテルの問題とは違うとは思いますが…）

成田空港まで無料の送迎バスがあるところ。朝食が無料で食べられるところ。

各部屋にミネラルウォーターが置いてないところ

Beliggenheten til Narita Airport var helt perfekt og med gratis shuttlebus. Frokosten var litt for japansk etter vår smak. Enkel men ok! Selvbetjent innsjekking. Butikk med greit utvalg av mat og drikke.

Vi oppdaget under innsjekk at vi hadde blitt tildelt røykerom. Vi røyker ikke! Dette var det ikke tydelig nok opplyst om i bookingen! Selvsagt var der ikke ledige ikke-røyker-rom heller. Noe sterilt og ikke spesielt koselig i vestibylen.

I really liked the service there! After checking in via the tablet on the counter, everything was under self-service and I liked it because it seemed to guarantee some autonomy for the users.

The clerk in the Lawson convenience store was unkind, she almost threw my changes after the payment! It was almost midnight and I understand that she would be tired, but she should haven’t done that to me :(

I was assigned at the 10th floor and it has an amazing view of the airport runway. The room was neat, with perfectly tucked sheets, comfortable beddings, complete appliances for personal use, clean bathroom with hygiene supplies and quiet hallways. I appreciate the self check-in and self check-out machine for those who have paid their booking in advance. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Free breakfast was filling, with utensils and supplies. There's a convenience store at the ground floor.

Had an early flight and transportation from downtown Tokyo was limited. There's a shuttle departing for the airport every hour and it's a 30 minute walk to terminal 2 if you miss the shuttle.

It’s good and near the airport

The convenience store is so crowded and options to buy are not so much. The water from the sink is I am unsure if safe to drink, if yes then please put label on it or if not hopefully in the future it can be drink

チェックアウト時、挨拶をしても淡々と返され少し残念だった

체크인을 기계로 할 수 있음. 어메니티 1층에 구비되어있음. 룸은 매우 낡은 옛날 일본호텔 룸이고 낡은것에 비해 청결도는 무난합니다. 셔틀버스가 있어서 공항이동이 무료입니다.

셔틀이 없으면 나리타 공항에서 가는 방법이 택시밖에 없어서 불편 새벽에 도착해서 셔틀이 없었는데 택시도 없어서 숙소로 걸어가다가(걷는 것도 길이 복잡함) 겨우 택시 잡아서 도착했습니다. 매우 좁고 오래되었습니다.

The staff was very polite in welcoming you. Shuttle bus was on time to and from the airport . Food was great! I really enjoyed the quietness in the facility. Definitely will be back.

Didn’t like the fact that breakfast was to short of time.
