Good transport communication to get to railway station and Anfield

The area

I did not like much the facilities their was mould on the ceiling and their was leaking.

Clean and tidy. A great location and only a 1 minute walk from the bus stop. Apartment was nice and spacious. Would return. Room was clean. Kitchen section was good. Loved the shower..water lovely and hot. Good Netflix

Spacious wardrobe. Coffee/tea and pickle provided, but no milk. When I bought some even labelled it others used it. Movable electric heater had a timer, so could set it come one before I thought I'd be back 10-15 minutes from nearest Aldi/Asda, many takeaways or corner shops/off license. 10 minutes from main bus route. 20 mins from train station.

Room information clearly stated that it would be a private bathroom (it wasn't). Tried to contact them via email or the three mobile numbers provided but no response. Bath/shower was not cleaned in the week I was there. Used plasters left in the bath and on the floor. No towel. Room info said slippers. None provided. Walls were so thin that you hear every door open, even noises from room across the wall, or bathroom usage noise. Plugs situated behind sofa or behind the foot of the bed. Kitchen had no trays for the oven only pans. Shared fridge on honour system. As they didn't provide milk for the coffee provided someone else used the milk I purchased even when I labelled it. Never met anyone who worked there (keys left in a lock box outside). If I did they didn't identify themselves.

Amazing value for money Really good location - the 79 bus takes you right to the centre of Liverpool Good facilities - great kitchen and everything you need

Downstairs shower broke on the final night which was a shame Was allocated the bottom floor and it is quite a creaky property so often woken up by creaky floorboards

Manager turning up at unsoicable hours

I was charged £4.50 extra for a private bathroom and I didn’t have one had to share a bathroom with other guests when I asked the manager he told me it was Booking .com which I knew it was not as I received a text after booking asking for would I like a private bathroom for £4.50 which I paid also no towels provided they should have stated that saying no towels provided which I told the manager but I had to go out and buy some before we could shower it I a health and hygiene issue with Covid going around again could not wash hands they did have a small bottle of hand sanitizer but I would have preferred to wash hands thoroughly if it was stated there was no towels provided it would not have been a problem
