Great hotel at a good price. Central location for all the tourist sights. Had a fridge in room and slippers! Room smelt a little of stale smoke but couldn’t smell after a while of being in room.

Nice hotel in great location. There is a gym and small rooftop balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The property is really convenient for getting around anywhere in Sofia, and reaching the centrally licated sightseeing sights. Although somewhat basic, it offers excellet conditions for night's rest.

A little disorienting to check in with codes, but had comfortable bed, nice staff when needed. Tea and coffee. Nice neighborhood for tourist, next to upscale supermarket, too.

Location is excellent and they had some teething problems with air conditioning which not working at.

We stayed three nights. Room hot and air conditioning not working all rthe time.

We were there for a very short time but were taken good care of and the property was perfect for our short stop over. Sofa bed perfect for our 2 children.

The keypad for the door codes is very sensitive. I had to retype the code several times before the door would open. The WiFi is very spotty. My connection would stop during work meetings. Otherwise the hotel is OK. Very convenient and walkable to all the major tourist sites.

Beautiful rooms in the Sofia city centre. This is a small hotel well designed, big rooms and friendly staff. The only suggestion I have is that the rooms are a little dark.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We had a rental and parking is tricky if you don't live there. Front desk went out of his way to help us and that definitely eased our stress with the parking situation. Room was clean, bed was super comfy and water pressure was good too! A great stay all around!!

I like it everything in the hotel

A good hotel centrally located, the playstation and free drinks were a hit with my teenagers.

Single traveler, was in a very central part of town, had a very large useful desk and excellent internet. Not fancy but clean and utilitarian Worked great for my trip

The staff were very friendly and helpful. the location is convenient to the main tourist spots.

I was positively surprised by the property. The hotel is clean and well-located, the staff - accommodating. The only downside was the speed of the internet connection in the room, which was really, really slow. Apart from that - clean with basic, but functioning furniture and smart TV.

Great stay in top centre of Sofia

Note - the hotel has a lift, but this is up about 3 stairs, so may not be suitable if you have mobility issues. The location is excellent, right by Serdika metro station (which has direct trains to the airport) and is very close to many touristic sights. My initial room was a little cramped and lacked a safe, when I asked about the safe the staff were super helpful and moved me to a different room that had one. Note this is a smart hotel, you unlock the front door and your room door with codes which are sent to you - works very well! There is a free coffee machine and soft drinks in the reception area, and an area with sofas + games console and an area with desks.

Hotel is located very close to Serdika metro station and main attractions in downtown.staff is very polite and helpful,there are free sodas and hot drinks in reception,rooms are comfortable,only down point was i stayed in room 203 and there was no window there or in any basic twin room.also you should watch out in the neighbourhood as it's a bit shady,especially at night

The customer service was fantastic. I even got a message from the staff checking on me when my flight got in late. The decor was funky and novel. The room was really clean. The location is super central. The codes make the hotel feel safe. One issue I had was with the flooring in the bathroom - this needs retile-ing ideally. There was also a hole near the extractor fan in the bathroom. Additionally, a kettle and tea etc in the room would have been nice rather than having to go to the lobby.

Good location, close to main sights and easy to reach. The receptionists were all professional and helpful. I booked a economy room but got a free upgrade to a nicer room. The room and bathroom were very clean. Comfortable bed. Eco friendly shampoo dispensers. Never seen before at such a hotel but they provide free (non alcoholic) drinks at the reception area. (Soft drinks, water, hot drinks) There's a small roof terrace and a simple fitness room. Would definitely come back to this hotel.

The place was very good decorated, modernistic old apartment. The staff was friendly, easy to communicate. Room is comfy. You can find free coffee stop downstairs. It is very easy to walk into city, cathedrals and museums from the hotel - like 15 mins. Also if you have car, you will find parking places on the paralel streets easily after working hours. The hotel and around were safe enough. My sister and I are appreciated!
