Highly recommend. Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean and the bed was the comfiest ive ever slept in. Breakfast was fab with a great selection. Will definitely stay here again.

Quite close to the centre of Liverpool, reception was excellent Jess was very helpful, clean and tidy room looked like it had been renovated and the shower was very hot and powerful. All in all a great price for theme room and a nice breakfast.

Excellent breakfast

Good budget hotel, included breakfast excellent. Clean and modern decor in rooms and public areas. Our room on the top floor 712, was our request, however there was a hum/faint rumble at night which did disturb our sleep, I believe it was the air conditioning units on the next connecting building, I did mention this to reception, hopefully it is sorted soon, central position for station and docks, both a 12 min walk. I would certainly book it again.

It was amazing. The hotel was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and friendly. It's location was near to the docks, the shopping centre and train and bus station.

Overall, it looked like a nice Hotel, however, there were some aspects they could improve and also I had a problem with my room which made the our stay worse than expected. About the things they could improve, when people left their breakfast table, those were not all cleaned, which implied we had to choose between the least stained tables used by previous guests. In our room, water leaked out of the shower, so we had to figure the right set up to no make a mess of the bathroom's floor. It was really hard to set up Netflix or casting anything from another device to the TV, which was not great. The main issue we had with this hotel was that in our room, there was an electricity sound coming from behind the TV which was pretty anoying, like a current wave oscilating I couldn't forget about. We reported the issue, but the staff said they couldn't do anything because the maintenance staff had already left, offering a twin bedroom for our last night, which was not ideal at all. Later that night we realized if we turned off an electricity switch, the sound went away, but that was after a long while and without anyone from the hotel helping us through the process. The other general.features were fine. Maybe they were understaffed and that could cause many of the little issues I mentioned, so hopefully they work towards a better experience with this feedback.

I found the room very warm and cozy. Breakfast was Good. I have no complaints .

The mum and I stayed 9 nights here in Liverpool. The hotel was in a very central location, walking distance to Liverpool ONE, the Albert Dock, Bold St, and lots of coffee shops and restaurants. It was very modern and looked just like the pictures online. The check-in (and out) was smooth. The staff were very nice and friendly. We had a 2 single bed room, which was a bit small to be honest. There's no fridge or safe and the bathroom has limited space as well. But overall, it's still very nice. The complimentary brekkie is pretty solid - you'll get your standard beans, sausages, bacon, tomatoes, hashbrown, pancakes, cereal, fruit, coffee, juice, etc. There was a very nice young blonde lady working there who was very friendly, but I can't remember her name. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. I would deffo stay here again if I come back to Liverpool. Thanks!

Has everything you need, only thing I would have liked for my 2 night stay would be a bedside cabinet with a couple of drawers. Nice to be allowed to use the facilities of the hotel next door.

Perfect location easy walk to main liverpool restaurants and shopping, very new hotel with fresh modern decor and lovely helpful staff. Parked at John Lewis carpark less than 10 mins walk and £23 overnight parking, good price for liverpool.

I was travelling solo so it was the my first stay in this hotel . Not sure if anything could be done to avoid my breakfast being cleared too fast!? Solo travelling means getting up more than once to get food and drink. I got back to my table twice to find everything gone so I had to replenish my food and drink twice. It’s a shame as it wasted food and drink. On the flip side, great service.😁

We were very please with everything about our stay. The minute we arrived the staff were so friendly, taking the time to make conversation. The room was of high standard and exceptionally clean. Breakfast had plenty of choice and good quality produce, all you can eat! The hotel was busy but you would never have thought it, it was so quiet, no noise or disturbance’s. We slept well in our comfy bed! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again or recommend to anyone who is thinking of visiting Liverpool. Thank you Holiday Inn Express 👍

We liked everything about this place. Super clean. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff. The place is very near to pubs, restaurants and shops. Everything is at a walking distance and very well serviced by public transport. We stayed there a week and we will surely go back there when we visit Liverpool.

From start of the visit everything was a pleasure. Staff, rooms. Breakfast , there was plenty to choose from. Could not fault anything.Look forward to our next visit.
