We came for our daughter's surprise engagement and then had a dinner party at the property after. It has a perfect central location. Had all the amenities with space in the kitchen. Backyard fun. Eating space and sleepong arrangements. We were also able all use our t.v. and one out doors for music. Exceptional communication when we had questions. We will stay again

I had to get a place for a couple of days because I was doing renovations on my home and found this place and we all loved it. The place is great, clean and the owner responds quickly . I’d do it again . Great experience

Very nice location for a family getaway. Convenient location to all beaches, grocery stores, restaurants and so much more. Owner very responsive to all requests while on site. Beautiful home!

It was a great stay! The beds were comfy and pool was relaxing! My son's 2nd favorite was the shower (2nd to the pool). Hope to stay again when we come back down!

We were in town for a basketball tournament at the convention center. The location of the house was convenient for the tournament and everything else we wanted to do. The beds were surprisingly comfortable.

Our original rental cancelled on us 1 hour before we checked in. Karla and Matt were so amazing and accommodating to our last minute needs.
The pool and hot tub (and back yard in general) are a luxury. We had friends and family during our stay and had plenty of room.
My only complaint … we needed more coffee mugs! We had 5 coffee drinkers and 4 mugs so the last one up had to wash one out!!
Otherwise what ever you needed was there - plenty of towels linens and dish ware (although we ate dinner out each night!)
Location to beach and downtown were perfect.

House was clean, beds were comfortable, pool area was very private with lots of sun but yet shade under the tiki roof. Tv under the tiki roof by pool was a bonus. Grocery store, Drug store and car rental all with in an easy walk from the property. Beach is a short drive. Paper goods were a little shy, had to buy toilet paper and fill the propane tank before i could grill but overall a good place to stay

4 friends came to town for golf and football…this place was perfect! Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Property owners were very quick and responsive to communication. Would recommend to anyone with 4 people to stay here!

Just what we needed! Not far from anything and yet so quiet and peaceful!! Check in could have been better but a phone call helped that out. Very responsive to what was asked. Some cosmetic stuff that did not take from the beauty of the house. An amazing property overall.

Publix and Walgreens are very close. We were able to get groceries and fast food delivered.

Everything was great! Check in was so easy and they were accommodating to our late check in with flight delays. We spent most of the time in the pool and the back yard! Beds were comfy, house was clean. The neighborhood was great, but a couple streets away seemed to be not the best area. Grocery store and Walgreens within walking distance. The pool was the highlight of our stay!

This Home is as amazing as the hosts are! Communication from begining to end was exceptional. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed and then some. Location is perfect central to anything you could need, walking distance to grocery store/pharmacy. Backyard is perfection and beach within 2 miles. Couldnt have asked for a better experience!

The property is very well kept and maintained. The pool was cleaned weekly and our grandkids loved it. We ate many of our meals on the patio and enjoyed the privacy. The house was comfy. Loved having the washer/dryer inside the house and not outside. Carla was very quick to respond to any concerns or questions. We were there for 6 weeks and recommend this property to anyone wanting to do the same.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was comfortable, clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. The backyard was a great space to hang out and entertain. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. She answered texts and e-mails promptly. The neighborhood was quiet but close to everything (big super market and liquor store 3 blocks away). The house is very comfortable both inside and out. The pool area was fabulous. We come to Ft. Lauderdale once a year for a family get together. We plan on staying again.

Loved our trip to FLL and the house was a big reason why. The layout is perfect and the updates are great. The new pool is AWESOME. Any requests were met quickly and efficiently by the owner. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back.

Just back from a family vacation in Fort Lauderdale and we feel very lucky to have found this house as it worked perfectly for us.
Great set up with a big living room, as well as spacious bedrooms. The pool and patio are amazing and look brand new.
The house is very conveniently located with a Publix supermarket two minutes away and lots of restaurants within a ten minute drive.
Hosts were very friendly and helpful at all times.
Excellent house - I hope we get to come back here soon.
