Service from all the staff is wonderful and very thoughtful. Specially to Karen from the front desk and Joven from the concierge. Wonderful experience and warm hospitality. Thanks to all staff in Mandarin Oriental.

The lobby area is a bit worn down, low ceilings and dark finishes in the lobby area create the feeling of claustrophobia.

I wish i could give this more stars. The staff were the most friendly and helpful always. The room was spacious and had everything and more that you would ever need. Everything was really good quality. The location is excellent for the Star Ferry. We had an amazing view over the water on the 17th floor. Amazing place

Lovely hotel with gorgeous floral arrangements in the Lobby. Good location in Central with easy access to Landmark via footbridge through Prince Building. The service was excellent. Special mention to Karl Maglana who helped me check in / check out. Karl always greeted me by my name whenever he would see me. A tall gentleman named Nicholas (sorry I forgot his last name) was also extra helpful by moving me to the room with the design / layout I preferred. Overall a wonderful stay.

It’s a real 5-star experience throughout from the moment you check in, being greeted by the staff and offered the welcome drink.
The room is beautiful with a great view of Central Pier and the Ferris Wheel.

It is one of the best places to stay, hands down. From the staff, the view, the location, the silver mug beer @ Capitans, you can’t really say you’ve been to HK if you have not been / stayed at the Mandarin.
