Inconsistent hot water in the shower, suddenly becomes super hot for a moment. Toilet flush wont work the first time, you need to wait and flush it twice even just doing "#1". Felt like it's always clogged. Carpet is not clean, I didn't wear a slippers one night and my feet was so dirty when I went to shower the next morning, as if I walked on an actual outside barefooted. Breakbast was nice but refilling is kinda slow when there's a lot of folks eating breakfast at the same time.

Spider webs needs to come down and tree area in back could use a cleaning. Tuesday and Wednesday staff needs to be better at their job. Our room was bot cleaned these two days and our toliet was loose the whole stay.

Looks like recent updates on rooms, clean, breakfast was great, staff was very nice

Convenient location, pools were great, staff was polite. Unfortunately one of our TVs did not work and was never replaced - didn't really mind, because we were out of the room most of the time. I would stay again!

Good price, carpet needs cleaned and air conditioner is noisy but good location for Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Would stay there again, staff very nice 🙂.

The hotel is clean, outdated and in my opinion needs some repairs. The beds are horrible! Extremely hard mattress, very uncomfortable to try to get sleep. The hotel was at least quiet.

This property was wonderful my family and i have stayed at this location for several years now we enjoy our stay the pools are clean rooms are decent only complaints we have are the carpets leave your feet black and our room this time had a leak in the air conditioning so it was leaking water onto the floor and the room smelled like mildew.

Rooms were outdated had a musky smell, but the beds were comfortable. Needs new paint stain in the bathtub.

Friendly staff, clean room, nice pools and breakfast. Would stay again.

I had 2 problems with this hotel. 1. Nowhere does it say there will be a pet fee. I chose this hotel because there wasnt supposed to be a pet fee (and for the indoor and putdoor pools, which were great) 2. The guy when i checked in was extremely rude. I was understandably irritated (but still respectful and courteous) that I was charged an additional $200+ and he didnt care told me i could atay somewhere else and was just very rude and unprofessional. Other than that, I would stay there again. The breakfast was great, the atmosphere felt safe, and the ladies who worked the desk were very nice, professional, and actually had daily conversations with me when I went in the lobby. Don't get me wrong, I understand a pet fee. Most hotels had a partially refundable pet fee, or a cheaper one. Had I known about the pet fee I definitely would have chosen to stay somewhere closer to my destination and paid less!

Outside premises was clean and the breakfast was excellent. But the room was disgusting and the couch was stained and not able to be sat on.

The property was clean , coukd use a deep clean like baseboards and such. The pull out sofa was a little discombobulated it sat lower at the back than the front. But all in all it was a good inexpensive place to stay
